Their pickup is a complete disaster. I’m sitting here for the second time in two days, trying to pick up my groceries because Walmart sent me to this one for some reason. I’m debating how long it would take me to go in the store and just get everything myself…. Why am I stuck in my car waiting for an hour? What if I had to go to the bathroom? Why are people who arrived after me getting their groceries before me? What’s wrong with this place that it’s so dysfunctional? I didn’t want to go to this one. Last time I was here I got stuck for an hour with hungry kids in the car. This is purgatory. I tried to call, but the phone just rings and rings and rings and ring and rings and rings and rings. Sometimes they pickup and then just hang up on you without saying a word. And then it rings and rings and rings again. Update: I went inside and took a leak. No change in status. Still no groceries.

Food past their expiration dates on the shelves, food ringing up higher than price shown in aisles and dog poop in an aisle...literal dog poop!! Self checkout attendant had a return cart behind us and literally THREW and item in it right behind me, nearly missing me. All shopping carts were wet, no where to place my toddler.

I don’t know why they have so many self check out machines if they’re just going to assume you’re stealing every time. They have literally accused my boyfriend twice already saying he hasn’t scanned something & they’ll just stand right next to us as we scan for no reason. Open more damn registers and do YOUR JOB if you think people are stealing. I’m not a cashier, YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE. Fix something, cause while your employees are accusing me and my family, I’m 100% sure there are 20 other people actually stealing right under your noses. Oh also, I used to work here & I got fired cause I was in the hospital with my newborn daughter. Horrible management. She told me that when her kids were sick she would just leave them in the hospital and go to work.

Every time I come here, the star count is fractionally less than last time visiting this store. It was once 5 stars because a quick oil change and good service. Next oil change the person had spilt oil on the interior of the car. Next is the constant homelessness at nights and the parking lot is pitch black with no lights for customers at all for hours. Then it’s the Walmart pickup, which is hilariously bad. You can go inside the store 2 or 3 times during the Walmart pickup, it takes about an hour to get your items during the scheduled pick up time. Also they have more then 12 spots to park in but are not on the app so you have to just conveniently call the store when you get there that is off the hook ringing. If that doesn’t work, just go to customer service and tell them your waiting at your spot.

Walmart has lost all customer service. The employees who shop with the blue carts are rude and push you out of the way. Most of time you have to go outside to retrieve your shopping cart. Shelves are depleted and prices are higher than Amazon. Not one employee is happy even the person to greet you ignores you. And speaking English is a novelty

Worst ever experience I've had with curbside pick up and it's not even the associates fault.the managers know what needs to be done and refuse to do it.the parking lot is poorly litethe online orders 2 hour delay mean you should not be taking that many orders especially during the peak hoursand yes management can turn off incoming orders and set the amount of orders for peak hoursThe fact only 3 people I saw were bringing orders out for the 30 plus waiting customers says you might be under staffed but you are overworking those who show up. they will decide someday to not show up and the customers suffer. Walmart management need to fight to pay associates better and provide a better work environment.

My last review was months back about the A/C being broken or just set to the setting of hell. Every time I would go into shop, my children and myself would be drenched in sweat within 15-20mins. This went on for a long time, so long that I drove to a different location or I wouldn’t purchase anything cold from this particular store due to fear of the cold items not being kept to the correct temperature.The last several times I’ve gone inside it has been refreshing cold A/C. To whoever switched the A/C to bearable conditions, THANK YOU! ?

Pretty good Walmart. The parking lot is always clean and the cards are usually put up. The staff take care of the carts and there aren't trash inside of them like that other Walmarts. The store as well lit the floors are clean and the store seems laid out well. Didn't see many areas where they needed Improvement. I had a return on this occasion and the woman at the customer service desk was polite professional and friendly

Waited 40 min for a pick up order and watched every car that showed up after me come and go and get their order before me. There were plenty of staff.. you call the number on the sign that goes to a cell phone that they don't answer. Whoever is in charge of that area needs to be fired or taught how to run it. If I could give zero starts that would still be too much

This store is definitely Saving on electricity! I’ve had to walk to the planting area twice for pots and mulch and both times the lights outside were off. I had to walk around with my camera light to get my products. Secondly the parking lot is dark! As I was putting my stuff in my truck a mother and child were almost hit because the driver was unable to see them walking in the lot. Now wal mart we know you all make billions a yearCut some of the CEO’s profits and invest in some lighting

I am a Disabled vet this was the last straw at Walmart will never return. Went shopping had a full cart. Had to get water softener salt 240lbs and about 250$ in groceries. Know one was available to help me put in on the cart I asked 2 people they said sorry we're short staffed as you can see many Walmart employees just talking to one another saw a group of 4 just hanging out laughing so that was a pain and rude terrible customer service. Went to check out only self check out I asked a manager to help check me out she said sorry we're short staffed as there is 5 Walmart employees just standing on the other side check out just watching self check out. And at least 6-10 just walking around the store txting and stocking. I offered someone 10$ to help me check out in line because I'm disabled and Walmart employees didn't care to assist or help. I asked Walmart employee at self check out if they could help me load into my vehicle and they said it's to dark out policy doesn't allow it after 8pm and I said that's insane. The young woman who assisted me that night said she's never seen such disgusting behavior from worker and said she was looking for her final straw with Walmart also and was going to call management to let them know what they witnessed. I hope they do because something needs to change.
