When in this Orange City Wella Fargo Bank to deposit a check into my escrow I had from a previous Home Insurance. I was told to go to office depot and make a copy and bring it in to have it deposited. I then was told they couldn't deposit it because it needed to be addressed to Wells Fargo.Could of saved my $3.00 fee if would have told me that from the beginning. Should be able to deposit a check weather it's addressed to Wells Fargo Bank or not.Horrible customer service...

Awful. I have 2 accounts with WF. I need a notary & was told by another branch to call the Orange City branch to confirm that they have a Spanish speaking notary. Been calling for 2 days & they don’t pick up the phone.

One of the worst branch in the nation , i show up to open an account, the banker start helping me , the service manager told him you have to stop what you doing , and take the appointment, it was very rude and very unorganized.

This is the branch I First opened my account at over 7 years ago. I have had Nothing but good experiences at this branch, as well as at other branches throughout Florida. I cannot recall Ever being treated in any way but respectfully. And at times I have had to wait here and there, but look it Is a Bank after all...Banks get busy. Plan accordingly people and please be patient with them, you would want them to be patient with you Right?

My appointment was set for 11am but the banker I was scheduled to see was (understandably) running overtime and nearly half an hour had passed. Plus, additional clients were entering to see the same banker I was supposed to see. Tara was not currently on duty as a banker but volunteered to assist me regardless. She was not only quick and efficient with helping me to send a wire and resolve an issue, but was also extremely kind and personable. Especially with the stress of the ongoing COVID situation, this meant so much to me as a client. I am truly grateful for the excellent service. Thank you!

Worse management I've ever encountered. Had an appointment setup to start a new business account and it wasnt honored then the branch manager decided to inform me she was unable to perform her job. She doesn't know how to open accounts. Perhaps she needs to be taught how and while learning the whole job scope she should go back to being a teller. This really makes me wish I never switched to wells Fargo from my old bank. I will be closing my account very soon. I DO NOT recommend wells fargo to anyone.

Every time in the drive through is storytelling time and holding up production. This has got to be the slowest drive through with in the four towns.I really don’t want to hear about personal conversations over the drive through intercom between and teller and customers.Wait time for this location is anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour

Wells Fargo was reportedly hit with fines for their business practices: The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is levying a $1 billion fine against Wells Fargo -- a record for the agency -- as punishment for the banking giant's actions in its mortgage and auto loan businesses. Their answer to this is to say that they are being recreated in 2018. However part of their re-creation involves asking for personal identification if you make cash deposits to a commercial account. Now they are enabling their CSR's who were involved in their previous problems to collect personal information from non-customers. I highly recommend that you do all your banking somewhere else.
