Yesterday was my first time at Hanai Nails Spa. I got a manicure and also a pedicure. It was the most relaxing experience I have ever had in a nail salon. The store was clean and neatly organized. The specialists were so friendly and very good at their craft. I am in my 70’s and they were so kind and helpful to me.

Just moved in the area and got my eyebrows done. They look so good. I have had them done in Delaware where they don’t follow my natural shape and they did here so thank you!!!

First time for regular pedicure and it was best one I've ever had! Salon was very clean & appreciated their use of masks & gloves. They were super friendly as well. Will definitely go back & will refer anyone there.

They do beautiful work. I will say they will charge you for every single little thing, so be sure to ask for an estimate so you don't end up paying way more than you thought.

Thuy Ti did an amazing job taking care of both my pedicure & manicure gels, it’s been years since I had a spa day for myself and I love that I choose this place. She was gently and careful while working on my nails and I would definitely come back again in the future 🥰

All I can say is WOW!! Kara made me feel so relaxed, so calm, so cared for! She is comforting and nurturing! I’m so glad I decided to venture out and try this nail salon. I will be going back to her over and over again. You can really tell that she cares about her customers and goes over and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable. 10 STARS!

Kara is amazing!!!! She is so incredibly thorough! This is the first nail salon that I've been to that I have not had to go every 2 weeks, I only go once a month and never lose a nail between visits. I absolutely love her attention to detail! The salon is not about 1 in, 1 out, trying to get as many done as possible. She takes her time, and I have never once had to wait, always on time for my appointment.

Unsanitary Practices! I normally go to Island Nails in Fleming Island but wasn’t able to get a last minute appt. I came here bc I saw good reviews. I won’t go back. Kara used dirty tools on my feet and tried using an old used falling apart Foot Pumice Stone to scrub dead skin off my feet. I had to request for a disposal new one. I was shocked when she tried scrubbing my feet with that nasty thing and then the cuticle pusher she stabbed the bag to let the water run down the drain then use that same tool again on my toe nails. I hope she didn’t poke the bag at the drain. She did it so fast I didn’t see where she actually punctured the bag. Everything she used on me looked very dirty. I was very uncomfortable. After the service I asked her to spray my toes and feet with alcohol spray as I was afraid of catching an infection from that place. Due to unsanitary reasons I will not be back. To Kara and your boss…I went to cosmetology school and during myani/pedi course learned the do’s and donts and you two not sanitizing your tools and not using brand new disposable items can get you fined and shut down if the issues are not fixed. You’re gonna give someone a very nasty infection. Toes look great but very disappointed in your sanitary practices.

Tomorrow is my birthday and Kara made a flower design for me for free. She is such a sweetheart. She always does an amazing job. She deserves a million stars.
The pedicures are also the best!!! Love this place.

First time visiting and I am so glad we stumbled on this nail spa. Kara and Thuy are very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. They care about what they do. I highly recommend it, but make an appointment! I had a manicure and pedicure.

Kara is the sweetest person! This was my first time and they definitely gained a regular customer ?. Her friend is as amazing as her (sorry I didn’t get her name) and 1 thing I can say it’s been so long since I’ve had a pedi that made me sleepy lol!
