I'm almost 50 and since I was a little boy like saying 5 years old I remember going with my dad to the store and they've always been better then Home Depot and Lowe's they're the best in the business I hope they stay open even after the fire I hope the staff is okay from the fire love you guys

I wanted to personally recognize a 5 star employee you all have in Corrin in Garden!!! I wanted some specific colors of drift roses. There was not anyone in Jax anywhere that could find them for me. However, Corrin was able to get some for me and my mom for mother's day!!!! She is terrific! Also I made a 2nd trip from Julington Creek Plantation and she helped me with a peach drift tree and picking out the perfect pot to put it in! She also while I paid got everything ready and cleaned up and where nothing would make any mess on the inside of my truck. She is simply outstanding and I will definitely make the trip to shop with Hagan Ace on Blanding again because of her!!
I wanted to add another post to this. I had the most wonderful opportunity to meet and work with Mitch the store manager on Sunday! Absolutely spectacular customer experience. I just want ed to do a quick shout out and recognize him personally for making my experience 5 star!

They have the best selection of butterfly and pollinator plants. All the garden center staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I've been back twice for more plants in the past two weeks and they actually remembered me. They are really easy to work with and know a lot about plants. Their plants are pretty, well organized and nicely maintained. They had at least 4 different passion vines, several milkweeds, and lots of less common plants. All survived transplanting. Reasonable prices too.

I came from out of town to assist a friend who is setting up housing for her employees. First, had the most amazing Italian sausage with grilled peppers and onions at Bite Me hot dog stand. The gentleman was so friendly! Then I had the task of getting 34 keys made for a bunch of different apartments, in which Russell did all the making. He was super friendly, patient, kept everything organized and made the whole process painless and smooth. Thank you guys!! It was a pleasure
