they answer their phone. They do what they say they are going to do and on time. Five-star rating isn't high enough; they are great at follow up also. I truly recommend this company

Alan Taylor Roofing handled my rental property re-roof in 2016. Repairs were done promptly, correctly and with respect for the property. A small problem was addressed the same day I called it in. I was extremely happy.
Now I am selling the property and the potential buyers brought out a 4 point inspection they claimed required a complete re-roofing on my 9 year old roof!! Since the sale was contingent on resolving this issue, Alan Taylor inspected it himself the following day, and Renee gave me a complete explanation of the inspections. Turns out the buyer was trying to use my lack of roofing knowledge to price gouge me! Thank you, Alan Taylor Roofing for your excellent work, patient service, and high ethics!!

All aspects of dealing with Alan Taylor roofing was great.Its very obvious you're dealing with a career roofer an expert in his field.The office personnel as on top of everything, fair pricing and reliable.
In a day in age with several salesman entering a tradesmans world to make a buck, that's not the case here.An honest roofing company you can count on first hand to ensure quality and satisfaction while making you aware of your options.

I can trust this company to be honest and to show up and do good work. As a single home owner I have been taking advantage of by other roofers and home service contractors in general. Renee is always considerate over the phone and their crew follow up was professional. The owner always answered my calls when I had questions. They also made my small job a priority!!

Second time Roofing. 23 years since last time. New roof, great job. Price 3 times higher but that's life. Architecture shingles twenty year warranty. One day completion, no nails to runner. Very satisfied with job. Office help was incredible.

Before closing on my mother’s house, we needed some roofing repairs done. Due to just having 2 hurricanes, it was difficult to find a company to come out for an estimate AND have repairs done before closing . Alan Taylor Roofing not only provided a reasonable estimate, they also completed the work just in time for closing! They are very knowledgeable and professional!

They came out for an estimate. Was on time. Friendly. Pricing was good. We didn’t use them because we ultimately decided to sell and not stay in the area.
