“I was on the wait list for 18 months but it was worth the wait. Staff are very friendly and professional plus one of my main requirements was washer/dryer connections. They rent the equipment to me monthly. The dog park is also a plus.”
“Ciel Apartments: Very nice apartment complex located in a very good section of town. Close to Mayo Clinic. Apartment had nice amenities but could use some more kitchen utensils for cooking and at least one more chair in den area. Also would be good to offer some handicap bars in the shower and toilet area (especially for post surgery short term rehab patients at Mayo or other medical facilities in the Jacksonville area.
No issues with coordinating move in or out with Corporate Suite Shoppe. Very helpful people.”
“I moved in when the complex first opened up, lived here for a year, moving because I'm leaving Jacksonville. The facilities are nice & clean, amenities are great and maintenance is outstanding. My studio is perfect for a single person and the fact that my utilities were included is a plus. I even had my own washer! My only complaint is that the refrigerator is tiny and can only hold so much. Definitely worth checking out!”

“So first of all I want to give a shout out for JR the maintenance man, I woke up today with no cool air and put in request and JR came over within the hour! He was polite and courteous and fixed the problem. I had a real bad review on here from a few years ago when things were so bad so I wanted to do an update and say, I moved from a apartment here to a different one and this is my 8th lease with century deerwood. Things have improved a lot for me here, in the last two years the maintenance has been really good for me. Anything I have requested has been promptly taken care of, my apartment isn't upgraded but everything was in good shape and clean and in fair condition when I moved in. I will say one of the reasons I have stayed here so long is the apartments are great. I love the layout of them and it is roomy, love the screened in balcony that is facing the woods. Maybe I just got lucky but my electric bill averages around 100.00 a month and I can live with that. The one complaint I have is there are roaches in this complex, I have manage to keep on top of it and when I see any I get good response here with pest control. But roaches are a problem here. All in all from my view things have improved a lot in the past two years.”

“I just renewed my lease. I can say this is the hidden GEM of Westside. The management as of 2023 is amazing. (Randy). This is a community where grounds are kept top notch, dumpsters are emptied every day, on site laundry is clean and convenient. The manager makes sure rules are followed to keep this a great place. I have never heard of or seen any trouble or loudness here. If you give it a try you will soon consider it not your apartment but instead your home ..The prices can not be beat. Management Randy enforces the rules that make it pleasant to drive in and see well kept ground and feel very secure and safe. FIVE ? It may not be the complex for everyone looking for a 1bd but in my opinion, the tour gives you an accurate idea of what you’re getting”

“I don’t give five star ratings to freely. And although there are some things that have been bumps in the road, all of the problems have so far been resolved To my satisfaction, and that means to me that even when things go bad and something fails, the people here are pleasant to deal with, and they do their job well. From a corporate point of view, this is technically a 4.9 rating and if you really want that extra .1 fix your emergency contact maintenance line.
The property manager, Nikki is pleasant to deal with. She goes out of her way to try and accommodate and truthfully, she’s a big part of the reason why I agreed to sign the lease here.
I was honestly going to not sign the lease the day that I was here after seeing the apartment however I waited until after lunch to make the decision and came back and talked to Nikki and I had three major reasons not to take the Apartment In before I could even present them to her, she was already correcting two of them and explaining how they were gonna be fixed and when I told her the third thing she immediately showed me how satisfactory that will be taken care of as well. I can’t tell you whether everything has been taken care of yet or not because some of those things are future but everything that she could get done before I can move in has been done and it’s because I’m in a wheelchair that there have been accommodations and issues.”
“The management at this property is very professional and will do all they can to service their tenants. They are very people-oriented and down to earth. They are renovating the property and remodeling their units which are already very spacious which is a major plus.”
“My husband and I have lived her going on 4 years. Maintance has always been fast and friendly. Whenever something needs to be taken care of you can easily place a work order online they will show up the next day. The Office team is AMAZING ASHLEY & CARMEN are always so helpful and friendly. Whenever we had an issue they always made sure to handle it and communicate as things where happening within the complex. I absolutely love living here, they truly have us spoiled here. If it wasn't for our family growing, my husband and I would stay here a little while longer. So if your looking for you next home in a place where people truly care you can not go wrong with Westwood.”

“So I want to start by saying that when I started my lease, Eduardo was there. Yes, he helped me get in quickly, but in no way knew how to do a job that big. He explained the initial move in process completely incorrect. Paperwork as important as giving notice of terminating your lease or turning your keys couldn’t even be done in a timely matter. This whole time I thought I had a deposit that was owed &coming to me, per Eduardo, so I’ve been calling/going up to the office since November!! &EVERY time he’d take my frwd address &again told me it will be at my new address in the next 30 days, that he was so busy he’d forgotten. One time the lady who sent them out “was in the hospital” 4Xs of that in person alone.Well, over the last few weeks, I haven’t been able to get anyone to answer the phone at all.. then I’d go up there &a sign would be ok the door saying they’re closed bc ‘the system is down’ or ‘water maintenance for office taking place’ ....Until today. “I have been living here for 4 months and we have a new property manager while she returned to Lakewood but she’s new to me Mrs.Leyla and she absolutely the best, since she been back there has been a big difference in the ground keeping she’s for the community and she treats us like her own family. My place doesn’t have any issues she has made sure everything was fix, she’s involved with the tenants she is always available if we need her.
