“We had a difficult job. He took it and continued even though it didn’t go easily. We needed to pick the vehicle up and load it onto the deck of a flatbed semi trailer for transport. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs to have their car towed! Most tow jobs are much simpler than this and if you want good care taken of your car use this one! Very prompt, efficient, and friendly!”

Maria, the leasing agent, is absolutely incredible. She’s friendly, patient, and always goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Alyssa, the manager, is just as great. She always makes sure everything is running perfectly and truly cares about the residents. You can tell she works hard to keep the community a great place to live.
And Frank, the maintenance guy, is the best. Anytime there’s an issue, he shows up fast and gets it fixed right. Super professional and reliable.
Overall, the staff here is top-tier. Highly recommend living at The Renaissance at Strawberry Creek!”

“Phil and Carly are absolutely amazing! They are professional while still being personable, which is rare. Maintenance is always quick and helpful, and pest control is great (I rarely saw a roach, even living on the first floor). The amenities are always maintained very well compared to other communities I've seen. My only complaint during my time there was a noisy neighbor, but that is completely out of management's control. I highly recommend this community (on the top floor)!”
“Have been a tenant for 6 months or so, overall the experience is pretty good, you will get a spacious space and maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. I do hope management can do better on keeping public areas clean (especially hallway and trash room) and also occasionally there are water bugs spotted on the hallway”
“William was great. Cool as a fan and acts with urgency. I came in office after applying he assisted me immediately. I told him i felt communication was a inconvenience trying to reach the office. He apologized and became super efficient. He even put fresh cookies in the cafe for me and my mom. It feels like home because of him! I see higher heights for william. Management definitely. Or a pay raise. Ive toured alot of apartments the past 3 weeks. Leasing agents have nothing on him!”
“I’m not sure of his name but the maintenance guy is amazing!!!! He was so professional and even went the extra EXTRA mile to make the least amount of noise possible while I worked. Incredibly careful when moving my belongings out of his way. Super super sweet with my dog. Honestly I am so happy with the level Of professionalism and care. I have been here for two years and honestly this is the best maintenance crew we’ve had.The girls are the office are amazing! Always super helpful and caring. The place is always. Clean . The pool remains kept! The dog park always clean and kept.”

“Ciel Apartments: Very nice apartment complex located in a very good section of town. Close to Mayo Clinic. Apartment had nice amenities but could use some more kitchen utensils for cooking and at least one more chair in den area. Also would be good to offer some handicap bars in the shower and toilet area (especially for post surgery short term rehab patients at Mayo or other medical facilities in the Jacksonville area.
No issues with coordinating move in or out with Corporate Suite Shoppe. Very helpful people.”

Brittany/Bri (Leasing Professional) was very polite and professional responding to our questions/comm/con in a timely fashion. This could not be more appreciated and reduced much stress as we were seeking Off-campus Housing for our new to UNF student. We visited many other apartments offered through UNF off campus housing portal ultimately sticking with Drake at Deerwood. The Drake hands-down provided all or close to all of the amenities with reasonable monthly costs. However, Brittany was the driving factor that made The Drake remain number one on our list while we viewed others as she continues to be good natured and professional.”
