My family and I have lived in several apartments complexes and none of them have treated us and provided for us like Elements of Belle Rive has. From their food trucks, to their resident parties, movie nights, beautifully landscaped complex, amazing sized apartments for price, peaceful neighbors, I could go on and on about the pros of living here, but I’ll let you guys see that for yourselves.Honorable mention goes to Luna at the front office because she deserves to be recognized for everything she does and the help she provided for me and my family. From the first day we got our keys to the day we turned our apartment in she has never failed to put a smile on our face and she’s the most sweetest and genuine person I’ve ever come across. Thank you for a great 11 months Elements, if it wasn’t for us leaving Jax, best believe we would be there for another renewal!”

“My partner and I recently moved here from out of state; from the very beginning, during the application process, (Brittany and Allison) made it very easy for us, from the walk thru, getting all required information to move in and Even now, while settling in, they have really made us feel welcome! The ladies in the office are super sweet and friendly! Allison had been wonderful, any questions or inquiries I've brought to her, she's gotten back to me almost immediately!So far, there have been two very minor things that required maintnence- I noticed right away Our dryer timer was not working, I reported it to the office and it was fixed the next morning! Yesterday on my way out for the day, I stopped in to notify the office that our balcony power outlet may have burned out, this was maybe around noon? By the time I got home from the store it had already been fixed! WOW! Talk about urgent matters!Additionally, They utilize their social media to give updates to residents, future residents, interacting with the community itself. There is a monthly newsletter and calendar showing all the fun events planned, from holiday parties, sip and paints, and, they have free breakfasts on certain days! They host local food trucks each week and do fun contests and giveaways.Last month I was the winner of their "date night" giveaway which was a basket filled with pasta, charcuterie, chocolates & a bottle of wine! (Pictured) it's safe to say, We are very happy with our move and we look forward to the months ahead living here. Thank you Banyan Bay for making our big move an easy and comfortable transition!”

“I moved in when the complex first opened up, lived here for a year, moving because I'm leaving Jacksonville. The facilities are nice & clean, amenities are great and maintenance is outstanding. My studio is perfect for a single person and the fact that my utilities were included is a plus. I even had my own washer! My only complaint is that the refrigerator is tiny and can only hold so much. Definitely worth checking out!”

“I just moved into Antlers Apartments a week ago and have been happy with my experience. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, with walk-in closet and full-sized washer and dryers. The community is also very safe and quiet, with a well-manicured lawn and plenty of parking. The staff is friendly, Wendi Loftus is amazing, she made the move-in process very easy and helped me thru every step. Overall, I would recommend Antlers Apartments, compared to other affordable apartments in the neighborhood, I checked all of them and went for Antlers. 4/5 stars.”

“I moved in about a week ago and I'm in absolute love with my apartment. I have a renovated 3/2 and my experience since move in has been 10/10 saar management really cares about the residents and the property. I had one minor issue with my fridge and it was replaced right away with a brand new fridge. The staff is amazing in the office. Shirley and Janine and the maintenance guys are friendly, hilarious ? and on top of their jobs they do not slack! Anything you need they are there in a hurry. The community is beautiful my family and I are at home for the next few years ❤️ Thank you for this beautiful brand new apartment”
