STAY AWAY!!!! Their rates went even higher, they have horrible customer service, and they charge another month of service if you don’t give a 15 day notice.

Elevator has been broken for MONTHS! Sadly our unit is on the second floor and it’s a major pain to get our stuff in and out. We are changing companies…. They should at least compensate for this.

Elevators have been down for a month and a half, and they have no clue when they are fixing it. No one has any answers but you have to “figure it out” with the stairs.
