After a yr of waiting for elevator to be fixed (no one contacted us to say it was broken or fixed) it finally was fixed. Now I come here with my husband to put some very heavy stuff in unit to find elevator is not working yet again. Idk if it’s broken or not because when I called and asked I was told it shouldn’t be they will try to find someone to come look at it. I asked for a call back and currently haven’t received one so here we sit waiting in the hot sun. I’m a veteran and I have MS on top of a car accident a yr ago so I can not help him get it up any stairs nor can he do alone with his back. Idk what I’m paying $300 a month for but this is ridiculous.

STAY AWAY!!!! Their rates went even higher, they have horrible customer service, and they charge another month of service if you don’t give a 15 day notice.

In this world of the economy that we have and the poor customer service I can tell you that my experience at this location was nothing but top notch. Lisa is a complete treasure, she is professional yet very kind and very polite. Every single time I either went in to the office or saw her on the grounds I was always greeted with a smile and a wave. This location is very clean and has easy access from Blanding Boulevard.
If I am ever in need again I will definitely be going to this location any company at all would be lucky to have an employee like Lisa

Elevator has been broken for MONTHS! Sadly our unit is on the second floor and it’s a major pain to get our stuff in and out. We are changing companies…. They should at least compensate for this.

Elevators went down the day we got out storage unit and did more than half of my move up a flight of stairs. elevators have been down over a month with no kind of update from management. I’m expected to pay my bill on time every month, yet I haven’t been able to fill access my unit and fill it with my big items due to not being able to lift it up the stairs. I’m an active duty military member with only family to help, my only family all being disabled veterans. Atlantic self storage could care less as long as my bill is paid on time. Elevators have been down for a month and a half, and they have no clue when they are fixing it. No one has any answers but you have to “figure it out” with the stairs.

Lisa was amazing! It was easy. She was SO friendly. She didn't seem bothered by our business, in fact she was happy to show us the unit. She takes pride in her job. My husband and I found the process stress free... while we are moving(which is stressful enough). Thank you so much for a hassle free storage option.

The people who work here are so brilliantly sweet! And it is so nice to have a conversation with the couple who runs this business, they are so sweet to each other and their costumers, strange units are very nice, and there are elevators and stairs to help you get around, and they have multiple units and will do everything they can to keep you happy and your stuff safe! ? ABSOLUTELY recommend!
