The sales representative Ms Hope was absolutely a breath of fresh air when it comes to sales reps. Ms Hope was patient and knowledgeable when she was speaking to me about my service. Foot traffic in the mall was light and I just happen to be in the right place at the right time. Ms Hope gives me hope!

Cortez's Customer service was amazing and very friendly. Help with options with Phone cases and screen protection. Service was very quick to help with any type of Phone issue I have and questions.

6 Stars If I could. I was able to get back to the store today and Hope worked with me patiently and diligently and was able to resolve the problem with my unusual account configuration. She was able to move my prepaid phones to regular wireless phones. Great work.

The salesman Cortez was very rude and unprofessional after not resolving my issue he told me I could take it up with his manager I purchased a phone and needed my information transferred to my new phone he refused stating I didn’t purchase the phone from them and he was not transferring my information and I could take it up with his manager if I had a problem .I ended up going to the AT$T store on 103rd and they assisted me with no problem and was polite and willing to assist, they transferred my information with a smile on their face. If it was not for the great service on 103rd street I would have chosen me another phone provider

The manager and coworker are the best! Patient kind knowledgeable understanding never give up. I’ll go in just to say hi. These fellas are amazing. You cannot go wrong. They need a raise if they’re not making max salary.! AT&T is lucky to have them don’t ever let them go give them everything they deserve. I did not mind waiting and we all know how hard it is to deal with technology and waiting ,these fellas are over the top the best.!
