August 2024 by Diane Diguiseppe
On August 3, 2024, my daughter and I went to the AT&T store on Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park for information on bundle packages for cell phones, wi fi, and direct TV. Upon entering, we were greeted with great customer service and smiles. Ashley answered all our questions. But, we couldn’t strike a deal until Sunday. Ashley texted us the next day to say she was there early. Unfortunately, we arrived an hour later and the store was packed with customers. Ashley was the only one working. We waited about 30 minutes but in that time, she multi tasked and assisted the customers in a timely manner to avoid them to wait. As she was assisting us getting our new phones, she did the same. I am very pleased with the customer service we received from Ashley and will only go to the if she is working. She knows her stuff and helps her customers with satisfaction. I know I’m very satisfied with Ashley and I highly recommend her to friends if they were to switch to AT&T. Great job, Ashley!

This is Bill Clark. My phone died suddenly today and I’m at the landing location with two of your colleagues Malachi and Eileen. They did such a good job identifying the problem with the phone which is it’s basically very old and not functioning. Eileen had actually warned me about a month ago on a separate visit that my phone was very close to the end of its life they replaced it. I’m talking on my new phone now they gave me the most incredible service. I’m very low tech. They walk me through everything I need to know to pick up seamlessly with the new phone and I just cannot thank them too much for the, what they’ve done for me today and the service they provided and they deserve big pats on the back very very good five stars plus thank you thank you thank you for having these kind of people on your staff providing this kind of service

Has a terrible experience and the Blanding Blvd location. I walked in with my new phone and the tech stated it would be an hours to transfer from my old phone. So, I went shopping. I arrived back and he was gone so, another tech helped me. When I got home my phone had all sorts of issues. I couldn't perform anything and no longer could log onto apps that I had previously logged on to. I went back to the Blanding Blvd and the same yoyng male who had my phone for an hour stated that he didn't know what the problem was. He then realized later that he didn't change the Sims card the day before.
I then grab my phone and drove to Fleming Island. I walked in Fleming Island and a young African American man assisted me and fixed the entire problem in less than 5 minutes! I will never visit the Blanding Blvd location again. Very unprofessional and poor service

I have been with AT&T for a few years and have had no issues whatsoever with. Eileen is very professional and knowledgeable if she doesn’t know the answer off the top of her head she knows where to find it! I will continue to do business with them for years to come.

July 2024 by Robert Johnson
I needed to upgrade from an iPhone 7 (yes 7). The Rep didn't inquire at all about my needs, just offered a 15 Plus. He immediately brought out a screen saver, case and wall plug without asking. He fully intended to just add them into my "package" at an upcharge in the range of $100. He added “insurance “ and some kind of $6/mo upgrade plan to my account without my permission. This is a franchise store with dubious ethics when it comes to disclosure of what the customer is being sold. When I went back to complain about the unexplained upcharges to my bill, the store was closed "for lunch" until 3:20 p.m. Go elsewhere.

45 minutes before seeing anyone because ONE person was working and then another 45 minutes of LET ME SEE YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE, which needs to end, and being charged $30 more than is advertised. After buying NOTHING, I walked outside to find my phone had no service. Why? Because they shut down the Sim on my phone. I BOUGHT NOTHING. Then Jay precedes to tell he didn't do it, and at that point in the transaction, it disables the Sim. Jay knew the Sim was inactive and allowed me to walk out of the store.
This asking for and scanning the DL is garbage. You have my SS# and so does the dark web because of y'all. Ask for my DL to prove it's me. That's all. It doesn't need to be scanned EVERY TIME a supposed transaction is made.

Before I start let me say stacy is heaven sent and the store on Park Ave should be the GO TO STORE. From the beginning the store manager Jacob sells us the '23 moto razor (Both have broken within 4 months 1 has broken twice) for my kids first phones, not only that completely wrecks the info on my account puts the wrong email wrong plans useless add-ons. And when we go to fet it straightened out, he's so arrogant he'll defend OBVIOUS excess; out of pure self preservation. Now, I'm stuck with 2 broken phones that are useless after 2 weeks, a phone plan that took away my streaming bundles. Now the only options are file with the FCC, BBB, small claims court, and independent arbitration, they will leave you feeling helpless. We aren't.
