The rep who attempted to help me yesterday absolutly tried to scam me. They were lying to me and said that paying for 4 lines would be cheaper than just 2, despite me only needing 2 phones. Not only that, after leaving the store without committing to any changes to my plan, I got an email for my upcomming bill and my account is now being charged an additional $5 more than it was prior to visiting the store. That's $60 per year extra they are trying to skim just for having them look into my account details to discuss plan changes.
To verify all details, I went to a different AT&T store in town and told another rep everything that happened and they confirmed the original rep was just trying to get extra commission by upcharging for more lines. Needless to say, I was not happy about my experience at this location and the rep lost out on an easy sale by being misleading about everything. Taking my business elsewhere for sure

Stacey is an amazing person and phenomenal asset to AT&T. We have followed him from our local store to fleming island store. We will go where he does. AT&T can be very hit or miss on the corporate side, but Stacey always makes sure it's taken care of right.

Had an appointment with Stacey this morning to get an upgrade. He was by himself, and customers continued to come in while handling my upgrade. He was able to help me and deal with the walk in customers. He was patient, able to multitask, and very knowledgeable. He has helped me several times in the past, too. He is definitely an asset to this store and to the company!

I went to the the AT&T store late last week after I dropped my IPhone in the river. Daylen helped me get a new phone and even stayed late to make sure all my data transferred to the new phone. Highly recommend.

Lenore Andrews and Daylen Battle, both from the Fleming Island, Florida office recently. We purchased new phones, and they set us up very nicely. Their work ethics were very professional and they’re very knowledgeable in all the phone operations. They are definitely a plus to your company and we enjoyed this experience tremendously. Went in this afternoon and started process to upgrade my and my families phones. Stacey helped us out and in the process saved us some money. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal and had all our questions answered.
