“Mr. Rod is a true professional and was able to squeeze me in same day because I spilled a large coffee with honey all over my seat!! I typically keep my car pretty tidy besides the dust that collects from shoes and whatnot. I went with the whole interior clean and I was amazed with the results! My car looks gorgeously shiny and smells so clean. I am overly impressed with the work completed today. Best experience I’ve ever had at a car wash! I’ve been coming here regularly and have an unlimited monthly membership, and I’ve always had great experiences. Everyone is friendly, professional, and welcoming. They greet you when you arrive and make you feel appreciated as a customer. But today, I had an experience that really stood out, and I wanted to give a special shoutout to Chris for going above and beyond.

I had a deep scratch on my car that I suspected may have been from someone keying my vehicle. Chris explained that a full wax/detail service would start around $99, but rather than trying to sell me a service I may not have needed, he offered to work on that one spot for free just to see if he could help.

He even reassured me not to worry about tipping and explained that the employees genuinely enjoy going above and beyond for their members. I really appreciated that. It showed me that he wasn’t helping me because he expected anything in return, he simply wanted to help.

Unfortunately, the scratch didn’t come off, but I still offered Chris a tip because I truly appreciated the time and effort he put into helping me. He respectfully declined and once again told me not to worry about it.

What impressed me even more was that Chris didn’t just stop there. He took the extra step of recommending a local car shop that might be able to help me with the scratch. He could have easily said, “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do,” and moved on, but instead he took the time to listen, try to help, and point me in the right direction.

That is what exceptional customer service looks like.

It’s not always about whether you can fix the problem. It’s about making the customer feel seen, heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Chris did exactly that.

Employees like Chris are the reason people become loyal customers and keep coming back. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made an impression on me.

Chris is the real MVP! We need more people like Chris in this world. I sincerely hope his employers recognize what a valuable employee they have. People like him are what make a business stand out.
