To say that I LOVE our back patio would be such an understatement. It is literally my favorite part of our home now!
The crew was EXCELLENT, professional, timely, courteous and kind … yes that still matters. They even went above and beyond by adding a small part to prevent our dogs from ruining my favorite room! I highly recommend this company and team and would hire them again without hesitation.

We had a big back patio installed with super gutters. However the down spouts and hole for drainage are too small. There are also screws that are pertruding in to the gutter area gathering leaves and debris causing back up during storms. We clean the gutters regularly as well as cut the opening as larger as we can to accommodate the larger gutter. I have asked for service multiple times over the last year to be promised someone would come. That a maintenance ticket was submitted for us. No call backs and no one has come. It was suggested by them that we need larger down spout installed. But still no one has done anything.

The Backyard Creations crew was extremely professional and efficient from the sales pitch to the completion of the job. Even when we experienced changes to the plan, they were able to accommodate.
We did have a leak after the completion of our patio and the team came out to resolve the problem on the same day. They stand by their product

Jeff and The Crew did a fantastic job creating a backyard atmosphere that will be enjoyed all season long! I asked for my front porch to be redesigned also to match the backyard porch and I have to say WOW !!!
The price quoted was it! No add on’s at the end of the day!!!! I really appreciate that! Honest, Hard working and dependable!

Work seems good, just poor communication throughout the process. Poor customer service once they get their money. Noticed this when looking at reviews but decided to go with was assured that this would not happen. My company does a lot of work for them, but we show on time. We have a leak that developed was told would be out on the following Monday, this was in September. We are now in October (23) and they were to be out at 10 am. Well, no call no show due to a family issue for the tech. Looking to have more work done, but will use another company. Was assured there would be no leaks, this is the second leak. I do not recommend, and should've went with another company with better customer service.

I called them for a free estimate twice, and they told me someone is going to call me to schedule my date, and I'm still waiting... This was like two or three months ago. Not professional.

I called the owner to schedule an estimate to replace the side screens on my truck pool enclosure. They were here in just a few days, and gave me a reasonable estimate. The work was completed within a week and was top notch. Mark and his wife (co-owners) were a joy and did a fantastic job. He also recommended replacing my tapcons with stainless ones attaching the enclosure to the concrete. Most of the old ones had rusted out and it was a great decision. I will definitely recommend their screen work.

Everyone knows by now, it’s difficult to find people who perform quality work with good communication skills.I had 3 quotes to re-do my pool screen and add a trap door panel.Justin beat the other quotes by a few $thousand (no exaggeration)This included replacing rusted hardware at the top cross members and the anchor screws in the foundation.He customized a trap door to facilitate access for cleaning the gutters and a fire escape for the second floor that can be opened on both sides.I didn’t make it easy for Justin, we had a new roof being replaced so the pool screen work had to be paused which took almost 4 months to resume, but Justin worked with my schedule.He’s excellent at returning phone calls and showing up on time. Quality of work was not sacrificed for beating the other two estimates.I highly recommend Backyard CreationsJ Medwid

Backyard Creations added a roof to our screen room which gives us an opportunity to use the room all year around in addition to installing a new carport.
Jeff and his team were both professional and courteous. They went out of their way to ensure both projects were completed on time and met our expectations.
We are pleased with both projects and would definitely hire them again. Thanks Jeff and team for a job well done.
