I’m giving Bank of America 3 stars. While I appreciate that they promptly corrected their mistake of shorting me $500 upon my return, the error itself raises concerns about their attention to detail and accuracy. Whether it was a genuine mistake or intentional is unclear, but it’s concerning nonetheless. Their customer service in resolving the issue was satisfactory, but the initial error leaves room for improvement.

The service at this branch was excellent! Nita took care of my mother today and she was the sweetest with my children, kind, and professional. I have never encountered a bank that totally helps as well as understands their customers. Nita was absolutely the best specialist ever. Thank you :)

Not happy at all. The previous manager Ken was phenomenal he took care of everybody this bank was amazing. Now that he left it was awful. There was no sort of order, it was completely chaotic. After we left the teller we had to see the bankers and we sat there and waited and people were walking in off the street ahead of us. No I do not recommend this bank find another one. Note to Bank of America... Do not get rid of all of your good customer service people because then your customers will not come back

The worst customer service you can possibly get. Wait I’m sorry the word worst is an understatement I don’t think I can explain how horrible the service is at this location many times I come in and wait and wait for no reason while they keep talking in the back. no one is helping the customer

Just called with a question, gentleman I spoke with was very informative, understanding, helpful and patient. A true pleasure to speak with, not the norm in today’s society of no customer service companies. Wish I could have remembered his name. He was young and I am old.

The worst possible experience, have been with them for 35 years and will be changing banks. They are never open, constant issues with transactions, and have to drive across town to do basic banking. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!

I can’t believe they don’t have a drive up window at this bank. I’ve never heard of a bank without a drive up window!!! So I go inside......always a long line backed up to the entrance and ONLY 1 TELLER! Are you kidding me? The personal bankers are nice and helpful. But that’s it!!!!! I’d recommend going to CHASE BANK! Always good service inside and out!!!!

Absolutely the worst bank I've ever been to. One person working counter and will always ask you to go outside to the ATM with your money in hand instead of helping.....rude and do not know anything about customer service.
