This is the second time I have used Batteries Plus for an online purchase. Both being positive. I purchased Batteries for Harley Motorcycles with 400 cca and the Duracell comes with a 2 year replacement. My first one lasted about 7 years so I hope the 2nd one will at least compare. Very satisfied. Battery was ready and waiting when I arrived which was less than 10 hrs from placing the order due to ordering late at night and had to wait until they opened the next morning.

Extremely rude staff. The man that was speaking to me over the phone kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me explain anything and wasn’t helpful in anyway. Customer service definitely needs to be worked on here.

I went in to have my lens screen on my phone replaced on a Sunday and it took less than 10 minutes. Service was excellent! If you need any battery or phone screens replaced, please visit the Orange Park location.

I want you to know today was a true Monday. Long story short Kris & Enrique was the only thing right about today. They went out of there way to make sure my phone was completely working before I left the this afternoon. Even going as far to call another shop to get parts that they eventually found at there own store. This was truly the best part of a very very bad Monday for me. Again you guys thank you and I will be a customer at this location for life because of it.

Excellent customer service and knowledge of the products they carry! Extremely respectful of my time, they even prompted me to discounts on the Duracell AGM battery I was purchasing. 4 year warranty vs 3 year with other brands.

They did a cell phone repair without insurance authorization. I had spend hours upon hours to fix their mistakes. Also because of their mistakes I was without a cell phone form2 days instead of 2 hours. They would not admit their mistake even it was explained by insurance carrier.

Went in looking for a light bulb but had my cell phone repaired there. I never knew they repaired cell phones, great people and service.
