Nathan, the branch manager, made handling a complicated process doable. He went through all the hoops he could to get it done.
He is a champ.
Also, the front desk clerk, Michael, made it easy for me to pull out money in such a complicated way.
Awesome place.

I came in needing help with some documents, and Tommy helped me access them. He was very nice and eager to help me get the information I needed, wasn’t the first time I had such great service ! Definitely recommend this location!

Nissa is my girl!! From day one she has always greet me with a smile very prompt and knowledgeable of PNC. She is just the best!! If you are in OP ask for her!! Gina is a sweetheart!! Michael is always pleasant!! I highly recommend this branch over some of the others.

The PNC Branch on Blanding is the worst. It’s been over a year now and they still do not have a Notary at this location. Come on PNC you can do better than this. I sure do miss BBVA because PNC treats you like you’re just a number and obviously doesn’t care on making their customers happy.

Absolutely the worst bank to deal with. Compass then BBVA we’re amazing and the came in PNC. Fired all the great people that I had built relationships with for so many years. Get locked out of my accounts constantly. Never anyone you can call to help. They charge you for the simplest of things whether you have one account or 10. Pulling all my accounts away and going elsewhere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM pnc bank.

Compass then BBVA were amazing. PNC buys them and turns to garbage. Locked out of accounts . Business partner dropped from account. Claims you can't have partners on account.Now I'm locked out. Try to reset , can't find the User ID I've had for 10 years. Wait on hold for hours , hung up on, transferred, transferred again, sat for 30 more min. Call back, more of the same. No one can help me.Going to a branch is next . May pull all 6 accounts .

536 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32073 Branch. FIRST the ONLY ATM they have isn't working. Then I go to the drive through banking, 1 car in commercial and 1 car in regular banking. So far I've been here for 15 minutes and only the commercial customer was taken care of. The original car in regular, still in front of me, was not handled until ANOTHER Commercial customer drove up and they treated him a** priority to the customers who have personal accounts. The customer ahead of me is currently reaming her for being here for over 35 minutes waiting to cash a check, and demanded her check back and would go elsewhere to do business. Worst experience at a BBVA and unfortunately for hyphen, I do mostly all my banking online so this is my first experience with an actual branch.

This is the worst bank to do business with. You are forever getting locked out of your account on line and when you call to unlock you cannot understand the person and have to wait forever to get help. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM to many other banks that care about their customers.
