Jerry was pleasant and got us what we rented quickly. Our 12ft truck was a very smooth ride. Would definitely rent from them again.

4 min away from getting my truck and get a call they don't have a truck. Movers on the way to my house and Budget says oh well. Will never use Budget ever again!!

My kids are stranded off of highway 10 in Florida and have been since last night. They could have been killed at 70 miles an hour when the serpentine belt snapped on the engine.They have gotten the biggest run around ever. It’s totally unacceptable do not rent from Budget I’m livid.
