Went in to purchase a vehicle for my son because of a situation with his car and the title (his grandmother gifted a car but didn't sign the title over... these people went out of their way to help us fix that problem, helped my son fix his car as well or at least figure out a problem we had with it, after he spent 1800 at a shop up the road, that didnt fix the problem. Absolutely wonderful people and wonderful place. Will do business with them again!

I'm not going to lie, I've been a pain customer.. Kicked tires, made them look up financing for multiple vehicles, impatiently bothered them about a repair. Toni has taken it like a champ, very patient, very easy to talk to. Carroom network made a handshake deal with me with no paperwork to back it up, kept their word and stuck with it. In today's world, that's very hard to come by as folks just don't seem to value their integrity and reputation anymore. Long story short, single father, lost his family, lost his buisness, good credit, exc. Getting this truck was a huge morale boost climbing the ladder back to the top. Do not hesitate doing buisness here. In my experience they will keep their word ? and treat you right.

This dealership and shop are a joke. Had my alternator replaced and the Paul, the mechanic, told me everything's good, takes my money before I could get my keys. Had no ac and multiple check engine codes. Had him look it over and he continuously told me that there is no way he could have caused this, after also telling me "I didn't even open the hood". So I brought my vehicle to the dealership, where they fixed a burnt ground and also fixed my ac. I had to pay out $800 because they decided to do work without either knowing how to do it or rushing through it. After talking to Dominic I was called an idiot and that I don't know what I'm talking about. They are denying to help with the repairs that they caused.

I went to the middleburg location not sure I’d be able to get approved and to my surprise Mrs Tony worked with me and was able to put me into a nice Sonota they had on the lot. She was honest and said it needed a part Inwas able to bring the car up the next morning and they put it right in ! Unfortunately the part didn’t work but that turned out great because Mrs Tony and her son emediatley gave me other option and worked with me to get me into another vehicle! My experience has been one I’ll never forget and always appreciate with these guys they were honest helped me in everyway and extremely nice. I would recommend this car lot to anyone and everyone. Family owned good honest people ******* I give more than 5 stars if able Thank you Carroomnetwork !!
