As soon as I arrived, the guy came over to ask if I needed a particular pair. I asked for my size and without hesitation he came back with the sneakers. He was attentive the whole time, from the moment I entered the store until the moment I left. The store has a variety of sneakers and you can find the newest ones.

Heard a coworker talk about getting ignored in here because she Puerto Rican. Stopped in to see for myself and sure enough, got completely ignored. The black couple that came in behind me was immediately greeted. Twice! Decided to spend my money where my race is less of a an issue!

Worst customer service ever I went in for an all white pair of airmax 90 or 95 and they had it in stock I waited and waited then the sales agent informed me that footlocker was close by and they had the shoe I wanted. So I went to footlocker and gave them my money I will never try to shop here again I guess they don’t need my business.

I hadn't been to champ's since before covid. I try to stay away from the mall now. But the 1st thing that I noticed is champs does not carry NFL apparel anymore which is the only reason why I went there. The only other thing that I found worth buying was shoes of course a camouflage sweatshirt and really nice designer socks.

Very rude employees. I'd rather walk to the other end of the mall to foot locker than get shoes here. 3 people in the store, no help all attitudes. Never again.

Just bought some shoes here and the customer service was great. They had a wide variety of sizes and the manager was very involved and helpful. My family has been coming to this store for years and will be back.

Kaelyn and Deshawn we’re cool as far as helping me find shoes for my nephew and Mother today I couldn’t decide they helped out big time. Also Ms Tia was really nice when I needed help last week!!

Went looking for some slides the lady wasn't helpful at all if you see the men's slides are too big send them to the kids section the people at foot locker on Normandy very helpful got my money n gonna get more
