No privacy. You are forced to rattle off all your personal information in front of anyone and everyone who could be recording that information in the lobby. Sounds unsafe to me.

Went to open a business account had an appointment with Sonia Piner this woman very rude and unprofessional never again. She's racist as soon she noticed i was Hispanic I could tell the way she treated me. I felt discriminated,I couldn't open my business account in this branch,have to go to another branch and mister Gabriel helped me at Roosevelt ave branch.

Worst customer service ever in my life today me and my wife have an appointment with Sonia Piner this woman very unprofessional did not introduce herself or anything first thing she said was what you needed, so I explained her we had appointment schedule so don't know why she asked that question because we put all the information at the time we made the appointment, I told her we were there to open a business account for my wife and told her that she speak English but not much so I'll be helping my wife in case she need it. We provided her more than 2 form of ID we gave her my wife driver license (REAL ID), social security card, Passport from Venezuela and her (Green card ) Permanent residence.
Miss PINER saw my wife green card was expired and we told her yes is expired waiting on the new one to come in the mail but she have a I-797 form from immigration office with that form my wife green card is valid for 48 month after the day expired. She denied us to open the business account saying that my wife doesn't have immigration status to open an account at chase bank we felt we got discriminated so we called chase customer service and made a complaint they saying MISS SONIA PINER did not act professional did not help us the way she should, all we have to provide was 2 ids and a debit or credit card issued from a bank, ein # or social and my wife provided all documents needed it to open her business account is a shame for chase bank having person as miss SONIA PINER.

Today's the only day then I'm off and I need to open a new bank account with a different bank when I come to this location in Orange Park I'm the first customer when they open the bank I said I would like to open a personal checking account the clerk very sarcastic told me that I need to make an appointment and everything is booked until next week I reply to him there's nobody else in the bank and this is the only day that I'm off he said there's nothing he can do until next week customer service in this location is pathetic

I have been trying to change my maiden name to my married name online for months. Chase would not accept my paperwork or forms. My husband is in the military and we were living in a location where there were no in-person Chase locations. We finally moved stations after months of being married and I was excited to get my name updated on my accounts as this has caused many issues for me. I walked in first thing in the morning. I was advised they take walk-ins by the clerk at the front, then told they typically do things by appointment and they were "all booked up" even though there were tellers visibly available to work with me.
It is insane to me as a woman how difficult it is to update your name even though it is such a simple task on their end. I walked in with every piece of information they would need READY TO GO and NO ONE HAS HELPED ME in MONTHS!
In time I'll be taking all of my dollars with Chase elsewhere. How can you take walk-ins but do things "mostly" by appointment since Covid. I was not even given the option to wait, I would have happily waited for hours if I needed to.

I don't understand why I even bother to keep using this Bank whenever you do need to go into the lobby to get service everybody is slow as hell and too preoccupied doing nothing to actual give customer service I just went in today standing there while two individuals chatted with each other and ignored me with their back to me and kept me standing there doing nothing I will be looking into changing Banks soon

came in for a deposit and withdrawal only. as soon as I walked in, someone immediately walked up to assist me and then directed me to an open teller—no wait whatsoever

I wish I could rate zero, they have horrible attitudes and they don't have managers on site which is unacceptable for any business in this world. This place closed my acc before I got my card and they won't disclose why it was closed they made up horrible excuses. I don't recommend banking with them why would you trust a bank with money who won't disclose information about your social you gave them.

Excelent serviceThe workers are very polite and friendlyThey serve me very quicklyI don't speak English yet and I feel very comfortable making my company deposits in this bank.On one occasion I had 100 USD that I made a mistake and put in too much and the worker who has long hair is very honest because he gave me the money back.Thank you so much

Teller with pony tail has terrible customer service skill. Answered with attitude to every question. Also does not know chase bank has token feature for increase security. Please educate your staff on better customer service and services provided by your company.
