I wish I could rate zero, they have horrible attitudes and they don't have managers on site which is unacceptable for any business in this world. This place closed my acc before I got my card and they won't disclose why it was closed they made up horrible excuses. I don't recommend banking with them why would you trust a bank with money who won't disclose information about your social you gave them.

Excelent serviceThe workers are very polite and friendlyThey serve me very quicklyI don't speak English yet and I feel very comfortable making my company deposits in this bank.On one occasion I had 100 USD that I made a mistake and put in too much and the worker who has long hair is very honest because he gave me the money back.Thank you so much

Teller with pony tail has terrible customer service skill. Answered with attitude to every question. Also does not know chase bank has token feature for increase security. Please educate your staff on better customer service and services provided by your company.

As a 2.7M a year chase private client., I was so disappointed in how a teller completely messed up a transaction how the new branch manager didn’t listen to or address concerns. Instead, she gave me a condescending response with a smirk and sneer. I am pulling my private client relationship and moving my funds based on this experience.

Went into this branch at 3pm for some account help. Was told I probably wouldn't be able to be helped today. They had one banker and 5 empty banker offices.

I came early-ish on a Saturday. Everyone here was helpful and I got what I needed in a short time.Waiting area has about 4 seats but the employee offered to bring additional chairs out which was nice.

Worst customer service… I’ve been with the bank for more than 5 years. I went 3 times to try to open an account for my 12th and 15th year old. The first time was kind of my fault because I didn’t make an appointment (since they have just one banker); I got the appointment. When I got the appointment they didn’t informed that I had to bring any documents for my kids so that second time was a total waste of time. So 3rd time I went in with an appointment and with my kids birth certificates and social security cards (2 form of IDs for them). I guess Ms. Sonia don’t know that PR is an US territory and I guess she don’t know how to read because she was stating that my son’s birth certificate was in Spanish and she never had to deal with something like that before (even though the birth certificate is clearly in both languages) and also I didn’t like the way she was treating us (like we were ignorants or something). Even though I was in the bank 2 times before to open my kids accounts and they knew my type of bank account before making the appointment Ms. Sonia again with the rudest attitude informed me that it was impossible to open a bank account for my kids due to the type of bank account I have. She’s rude and unprofessional; my personal opinion she shouldn’t be working on customer service.

I have been a longtime Chase client. When Chase bought out Washington Mutual, I stayed with the bank and have always had fantastic service. I travel a lot with work and every location, this one included, has always been nothing short of stellar. I definitely recommend here.
