The lady that worked in the store was all about commission from the second we walked in to pay our monthly bill and after finding out we were doing nothing other then paying our bill she was short and snarky. Making a comment like “ugh really? That’s it?” With an eye roll. She might have thought she was being cute but it wasn’t. Greedy. Rude. Poor service.

Orange Park store is fantastic. We went to buy a phone and the employees were awesome. Yaritza and Yavid are the best. There was a rude customer giving Yaritza a hard time. She handled it with class. They both need a raise.

We had a Cricket in Middleburg, Florida one day and the next time I went, they were closed. Also, one in Orange Park, did the same thing. So I switched.
