Customer service from the male floater pharmacist is too tier. They never give their names so I’m unsure but he was amazing and patient.
The new African American pharmacy mgr is a bit troubling. She didn’t give her name either but I’ve been dealing with them for over a year. She pushed my doctor over the edge by pretending she’s the doctor by “suggesting” things bcs I have a two family mbrs using their pharmacy…. As if we’re doing something illegal bcs we get similar medications filled there. I’m so disappointed they no longer have Dr Victoria there. We never had an issue until this lady took over recently and me and my 5 family members will never use them again. Ever.

The store located at 906 Blanding Blvd is great. It's clean, FULLY staffed. I visited pharmacy & photo printing and both went very quick and smooth. The front staff printed my photos while I waited which was so very nice of her. I think I'll be switching my prescriptions to CVS for sure.

Had to transfer a prescription while traveling. Pharmacist was extremely helpful explaining the process with Medicare.

CVS at 906 Blanding Blvd OP 32003. Went to Minute Clinic for my yearly Biometric exam for my health insurance. Super professional and very nice. Had made an appointment prior and no wait time.

While there are times the store rates as low as 2/5 (I despise the self check out), a consistent 5/5 is Jacky the Pharmacist. There has yet to be a problem she hasn't solved, or explained satisfactorily, in many years. She is an amazing source of knowledge and a great educator who seems to know nearly all the things.

Went in for a prescription refill, Dr. Called it in 3 days ago. Pharmacy says they don't have any refill orders. Waste of time and now completely out of seizure medication. Thanks cvs!! use a different Pharmacy if you value your health and well-being.

The new message system helps on waiting forever on hold. You leave your question, patient info and they return the call.

I call multiple times to the store pharmacy. No one bothered to answer. I had To Drive 15 minutes to get my Questions answered yet. There was still delay and it was not even busy. The staff member were so rude and disrespectful. Plenty of attitude. The pharmacist didnt not even bother to help

I love the coupons that you get! I get I select few items at CVS because of the coupons. And then you get the CVS book on top of it for buying that particular item.

We just spent 30 minutes waiting to be helped in the drive thru. The lobby is worse.
