I will never use CVS again simply due to the head pharmacist. I am also pulling my family prescriptions from CVS. The head pharmacist likes to play God with medication and deny medications referred by a primary care manager. The last time I talked to him he refused to fill prescription because I don’t get all my prescriptions from them trying to extort me to move my prescriptions to them. I had to ask him multiple times where this rule came from and he finally stated that it was his policy.
Update: I did contact the national customer service and was told I would have my prescription fixed and I would be contact by a district representative. 2 weeks later and still nothing. Maybe it’s the company culture. Thank you for validating my decision to never use CVS again. The Walgreens across the street has much better customer service.

CVS PHARMACY on County Rd. Was terrific service. No line and prescriptions were filled quickly.
Staff was friendly, polite and helpful. I will have no reservation about going back there.

The store itself is fine. The one star is due to the male pharmacist who has been rude multiple times and I have complained to corporate twice. He does not listen to you to understand your questions, he has a major ego and seems to think he is smarter and better then you. Very poor customer service all due to one employer.

Russian lady was rude when picking up meds. Gave me a hard time for not picking them up the day they were filled. If you can advice this place do she should just do her job and fill the meds no be rude to the customers.

Never been treated so badly just to pick up my meds!!! I was behind the car at the window and they closed the window for lunch. I was the only car there and wasn't given any warning so I sat there with my little dog in the AC of my car. At 20 minutes until two, the pharmacist came to the window and told me I had to move. Why?? You're causing a long line behind you ( two cars) so I either had to park and wait or come inside....That's just the way it is, he said!!!! He was just rude!!!
I live in Green Cove. That's an 8 mile drive one way!! So, I'm transferring all prescriptions/refills to Walgreens in Green Cove! Much nicer people anyway!!!

Apparently the drive-through is closed for lunch from 1:30-2pm, and you can't join the line right before lunch ends at 1:59—instead, they ask you to circle around the building at 2:01. Oddly enough, this rule only applies to the first car in line; the second car is served as usual. There's a sign posted during this time, but it lacks specific details about the closure or the no-wait policy.
Ridiculous made up rules .
I'm not expecting a response, as there's a clear pattern of not replying to reviews, which suggests a lack of concern for customer feedback.

Now that CVS will no longer field questions regarding prescriptions without a call screening process, there is no longer an advantage to filling prescriptions with a local pharmacy. Refilling them directly from the healthcare provider is a more cost effective solution and less stressful as the prescriptions come in the mail. No more worries about lunch hour pickups, and we get them filled at a discounted rate. the only differentiator between buying from CVS verse the insurance provider has been eliminated. Sad and disappointing.

I'm done with them. They now refuse to accept GoodRx coupon unless I move all my Rxs to them. Terrible customer service, terrible policy. Overcharging for meds is their model.
