Best Dick’s service in Florida (could have worded that better) Steven was sooo helpful, got my son exactly what he wanted. I will be returning. PS shout out to Delilah ( I hope I’m getting that right) if not Steven knows who I meant to shout out. Thank you again Dick’s in general and Steven in particular.

A very large store, you can find articles for all sports, the fitness area is my favorite and although they are not outlet prices or anything like that, you can find things that are not easy to find in other stores. There are clothes, caps and the fishing area is huge. As for the service I can say that it is poor since it seems that no one serves you or asks you if you want or need something.

Website is absolute garbage/worthless. When shopping store specific, says plenty of inventory for what I’m looking for is at this location. When I arrive absolutely nobody on the floor to help or ask questions. When I finally found someone to ask a question, they just pointed to a general area where something MIGHT be. Then when asking customer service they said that they don’t carry what their stores specific page says they have. Most of the low rating is due to the online portion, and low staffing issues. Do better.

A full day of shopping at multiple places but got no better customer service than with Christian at Dick's sporting goods.

I was looking for information about which athletic shoes last the longest, and Frederick took the time to help educate me. He didn't try to upsell me and was honest about the limitations of the store's current inventory. He was very kind as well.

After having my order cancelled was told by the cashier why was it canceled cause they said they had 2 in stocks she says the inventory is never correct online ask he where the waders where and she sent me to fitness on YNt other side of the store There was at least 8 people standing around talking while I was searching for an item for over 15 min walking right past 6 people that worked there not one asked if i needed help or even acknowledge me. Inpuy down what i eas going to buy and I promise I will never buy anything else from there ever!!

don't buy here. Don't waste your money on such expensive shoes and when you are in danger of a return, the manager does everything possible not to help you. don't waste your money. $150 for shoes that I only wore a couple of times and he tells me that he won't change them because they are used.

Very unprofessional lacking knowledge foolish black men working on the register. I was trying to do a return which none of them knew how to do and to make the situation even more frustrating all they cared to do was discuss among themselves how they definitely is a jaguar fan, who gives a hoot" after the two of them took notice of my FSU purse that I was carrying.....FSU is a NCAA college football team the Jaguars is a NFL professional football team that's a big difference.
