This place is not friendly in any way towards those with disability. The manager was ultra rude: and even after reporting it to customer service and corporate the Area Manager has yet to reach out for contact. I do not suggest this store for anyone with social-anxiety, or any other form of impediments. It seems the store could care less-

So I went to Saint Augustine Dollar General last night and none of the coupons worked as soon as I got in back into my car I realize they didn’t work so then I went to return the items by my Dollar General by my house the next day at the store and they would not let me return them even with a receipt because I just wanted my coupons to come off The young lady spoke to Katie the manager and she refused my items with a receipt. That’s not right.

Good Dollar General. Has one self checkout now, which is nice. All the employees here are super nice and that's always great.

Hello. I am a almost every day shopper. I've shopped her for 15 ,years. All of a sudden they are accusing me of stealing. Manager says she stopped me. She'shas never stop me.once they said I can't come back after spending over 100$ with them. Then they apologized and I started shopping again. Now she said she just stopped me yesterday. Shes mistaken.i told her to call the cops so we can get this resolved. When it is I will never give ANY dollar general my hard working money.

Normally I would give them a better review but since they don't like answering the phone they are getting a 1 star instead of wasting gas I wanted to see if they had what I need now I'm having to waste gas to go find out because they don't want to answer the phone

This place is a dump you can't even walk through the aisles everything that should be on the shelves is in the aisles seems to be to me management issues are just plain out laziness the worst Dollar general I have ever been to you never can find anything you need because it's still on the roll carts in the aisles I give it zero Stars don't waste your time coming here not to mention you don't feel safe getting out of your car.
