This is the one shoe store my daughter loves to shop at. They always have her size in the latest shoes that drop (6.5) Plus they don't require raffle tickets for alot of the latest Jordan's that drop. Just get there early and you're in there.

Website states they close 9 needs updating. I arrived at 7:50 they were closed after speaking with a associate telling me they close at 8. This is bad business. I’m tired of paying more for less product and customer service satisfaction!!!!

My mother was out shoe shopping with my younger brother, I told her to go to the mall and try some of the stores in there. While shopping she tried going into DTLR, the doors were locked at 5:20 even though they were supposed to close at 6. The employee turned her away, minutes later he opened the doors for multiple black families. My mother tried once more, the door remained locked and he gave her a thumbs down as she stood there. Absolutely unacceptable service, that racist employee needs to be fired and DTLR needs to teach their staff how to run their stores. They just lost any dollar they’ll ever receive from me.

The manager was the worst part of my buying experience, and im a 1st time customer. His attitude and unprofessionalism are the worst part about the store. The example he sets for the rest of his staff is outrageous. No one should feel less than human when spending over $200 for shoes. I didnt go back and forth with him I left with my shoes, but to not be allowed to try a shoe on before you buy it is crazy. My foot doesnt have Covid.. then I asked about their return policy should I need to return the pair if they dont fit, and he informs me that it would be store credit and not cash back. Are you kidding me? So not only am I locked in for this pair but had they not fit there would not have been a size up available for me to buy instead. Why would I need store credit for if you dont have my shoe. I will never set foot in that place again lest there be a discrepancy. Someone with an attitude so bad shouldn't be leading individuals. Swap him out!

Tay the Manager at the Orange Park Mall location was extremely helpful and professional along with the sales associate that took care of my purchase the day prior. I honestly thought I left my recently purchased hat on the counter and someone had taken. I was wrong! The manager on duty was friendly, helpful and even after I was proven to be wrong she remained extremely professional and helpful. Her Area Manager David should know how great she is. She created a life-long customer. I also called the Dunn Ave. store to praise her because I called there to get the Area Manager 's info.

The staff is ghetto and always seem to have an attitude. Came in to look at shoes one person greeted me and I was ok with that until I’m looking around and see this little girl who don’t even look older than 18 but I could tell she works there she has on a blue shirt and was talking to another girl, staring me down with a nasty look on her face. I don’t even know her so yeah. I didn’t even waste my time I left and went to footlocker. Teach your employees about customer service because she was about to get told something.

Bought a 120 dollar pair of shoes with my debt card same as cash brought them back to get a wide pair and they dont have so i asked for my money back !! They said we dont give cash back just store credit !, why do i want a credit when you dont have my shoes ?? This store is a crook !!

so I bought these rsx pumas for the first time, get home and actually walk around in them, outside my apt, mind you my apt under construction but the shoes were still in good condition inside and out but because dust were on the bottom, I couldn't return. so I called corporate and left a msg so I'm waiting for Ms Daniela call back! I worked at Jimmy jazz and if you can fix the problem so that the customers happy and you, you do it. the problem could of been easily fixed and I felt really disrespected that I couldn't exchange my shoes for some other shoes, might I add at a higher price, like 50 bucks more and they turned down a sale and customer so I'll be waiting to hear from the DM!UPDATE: JUST RECIEVED VM FROM THE DM AND SHE HAS GIVEN ME PERMISSION TO EXCHANGE SHOES AND SHE APOLOGIZE, THANK YOU !

TERRIBLE. Never shopping here again!!!! I went in for a special shoe release where if a toy was donated, you get a “guaranteed” pair of Bred 11’s. The girl at the register DIDNT know she was suppose to give me a ticket so I went back in and they gave me the ticket without telling me that I had to come back at a certain time. So now they have me calling every DTLR in the U.S. to find this shoe and all I get is “I’m sorry.” The their district manager is VERY rude and unpleasant.
