No service. Kinda rude, I know what my jewelry is worth, and the manager completely ignored anything I said. She barley looked at them. They don’t care if the diamonds or crystals or any of the jewels are real. They only want the gold.

I had a gold coin that I needed to sell. I went to several places before I went to El Dorado, and got quite a bit more than anywhere else. The owner is so nice and the customer service is wonderful. I will definitely be going back.
