Moms with kids or family beware and avoid this store and the store owner! The vehicle I wanted showed available. I was the first one there and had a reservation. The store owner didn’t have the car or any empathy, didn’t call nearby stores or try to accommodate me after I ubered there specifically for it. rather, he sent me and my son walking down the busy road!! Beware of Brian and go to the one further down the highway avoiding location at 1007. Territory manager, please reach out regarding my terrifying experience with “Mr. B”… his service was less than I receive in developing a country’s.

Love the convenient of this location. They always friendly and make the process easy. I cant give them a 5 stars because every time I call for the complementary ride to the location they never answer. If the service is offer it should be an online a reservation option. I have to take an Uber every single time. Is better not to offered if is going to be that difficult.

this location was provided to me by my insurance after dealing with my total loss claim. Insurance only covers an economy car and this location is out of that and upgraded me to their Truck/SUV however I have to pay an additional $20 per day for use... I was told I'd be contacted when a car that falls within my coverage shows up however I've been calling for days and somehow they're always out of economy cars. Just feels like i am being taken advantage of concerning my situation and dealing with the total loss of my vehicle.... feels like they knew i needed a car and didn't care about my situation... feel like a number and less like i am a person by this place since this was all they could give me and seemingly very money grubby and less on customer service. won't ever recommend this location to anyone going forward.

My husband and I have gotten rentals quite frequently at 1007 Blanding Blvd, OP. All the staff members have always been kind, courteous, and professional. On my last visit, I was really short on time and stressed out because of the last minute plans of going out of town. Erique L. went above and beyond for me during this visit. He was professional and extremely helpful. Thank you!!

Excellent experience at Enterprise last week. The attention to detail and customer service was top notch. My reps name was Brian and he made sure I was completely satisfied with my rental and aware of any support if needed while on the road. The process of returning my rental was quick and efficient while making sure I had no problems during the course of my trip.

Excellent service. Rod at the orange park enterprise was very helpful with the whole rental process before, during and after. I highly recommend this enterprise, made our trip so much easier.

Horrible customer service, I’ve been trying to get area manager Juan to answer the phone or call me back about a fraudulent charge made on my credit card by the employee at the local branch here In Jacksonville fl on Blanding Blvd, i normally use the Phillips Highway location but they didn’t have any cars available so I went to 1007 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL and was met by unfriendly employee’s. I paid for my rental for over a month then they charged my card without notifying me, and without any reason calling the charge a deposit, never received it back and there was no damage to car at all. Corporate has been no help at all. So writing nasty reviews to warn people about this branch, don’t use them

Zero stars very unprofessional, I’ve been renting a car from the lake side branch in orange park off Blanding Blvd and they charged my card $2400 without my permission, customer service says it’s a refundable deposit but they still haven’t refunded it. As a loyalty member who had been using enterprise for over 8 years now this has never happened. I could understand if there was damage to the car or something like that but there wasn’t. I went to the beach to get clearing on this and they just gave me the run around. The regional manager won’t even call me back he keeps texting me saying he will call later. He called one time and said he was driving he would call me back but still won’t take my calls. Coming up with excuse after excuse, very unprofessional.I wouldn’t rent another car from them and telling everyone else not to aswell. I was tempted to run their car in a river or burn it to the ground but then I would be at fault so I just returned the car and gonna keep blowing the manager and customer service up until they do something about this.

I was involved in an auto accident and i made a reservation through auto insurance at this location. The reservation was made a week prior and I called several times to make sure they’ll have a full size or luxury available. The employee said they’ll have plenty of luxury cars available for my rental date. On the day of my rental date, I dropped my car off at the collision place and the shuttle dropped off my kids and I at Enterprise. I spoke to Brian Burnett and he stated that he only have a mini van available. I informed him that I didn’t want the mini van and I reserved for a full-size or Luxury. Also, I told him that an employee assured me that he’ll have a luxury car available. Brian asked for the employee’s name… didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, call other locations to see if they had any cars available, he didn’t see if they’ll get any cars later on that day, he didn’t offer to give me and my kids a ride to another enterprise or NOTHING. He didn’t offer any help. I asked where was his manager and he stated he was the manager. I was definitely surprised due to the customer service I received. Other customers was complaining of the wait time so I definitely knew that I wasn’t the only person displeased of the customer service. I have done service with enterprise at the other blanding location and I’ve never received poor customer service like I have at this location. The manager SUCK! Shame on you. I can definitely tell that you only care about making your money and going home, you don’t care about the quality of service, making your customers happy and so forth. My kids and I was stranded at that location for nearly an hourly and you walked right passed us 100 times with no care in the world.

They were very pleasant. The car was perfectly clean. We went over everything. He told me where they were scratches and a couple of things in the back and the driver side got me on my way and I'm happy camper. This was on Wednesday but tomorrow the car goes back. They were very nice to me and hopefully they'll be even nicer when I bring it back tomorrow
