“Everyone in the office had a pleasant attitude. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff greeted us pleasantly and the check out was seamless. The nurse working with Dr Dolven had excellent communication skills and formed a great rapport with us. Dr Dolven listened to what my daughter’s issues were and was very thorough. She had questions, that were answered in a way that made her more trusting of Dr Dolven’s opinions and decision making in regard to her health. We forgot to ask one last question before leaving, and the nurse made sure we were given the opportunity to talk with the Dr again before we left. Excellent visit.”
“Top notch doc. He listens. He is kind. And it's amazing that in today's world, he has time to give you his full attention. I have never felt that he rushes. He makes recommendations, and in your next visit, he will ask you how you liked the recommendations, or how you didn't. I can tell when I speak with other patients in the waiting room, they feel the same. His office staff, including his RN spose, are wonderful.
