Absolutely the worst!!!!! Older lady with glasses has ZERO customer service skills, extremely rude and a sad excuse for a person that represents a company. She hates herself or her job so much that she takes it out on people trying to do business there. I for one will not step foot into this location. If these are the kind of people that fed ex make "managers " to make them feel special you should really up your screening process.

Disgusting treatment by the old lady with the glasses. After she finally made her way out of the back she very OBVIOUSLY hates her job. Laughed In my face because I was trying to ship packages. Isn't that what fed ex is for? I recommend you go somewhere where the people actually appreciate having a job , when so many people need one right now, go somewhere where they actually know how to treat customers.

After multiple times of coming here it always seems to become a inconvenience having to wait 30 minutes or more for a Associate to come back to work when it clearly says the site is supposed to be open

Jessica is awesome! She promptly called me to let me know that my large order (1K+ pages) would have to be done elsewhere so it would be a day later. She called back a second time to confirm my order, which I'm glad she did, because it would have been incorrect from what I saw on the website. Thank you, Jessica!

Got my package today, which is a present for my oldest brother, I opened up my package and the damn thing is bent. Got into contact with the displate company. Fedex needs to teach their employees how to better handle packages that can bend easily, break, or even shatter.

I shipped something on Friday with a pre paid label. The lady asked me what was inside of the box then proceeded to pick the box up and shake it. Looking at the reviews, it was the same lady that someone else posted a picture of saying that she did the same thing to them. It made me very uncomfortable. I would not recommend going to this location. I hope my package made it ok, if not, then I'm going to file a formal complaint.

This lady is so freaking rude I don't know why FedEx continues to leave her in that store she's very unprofessional she's not friendly she doesn't help you with anything if you don't have a prepaid package she does not help you they need to get rid of her very poor representation of FedEx

The one star is for the older lady that works there. Every time I go to this location she wants to know what inside the package? I’m not even sure if she’s supposed to do that. The package is already labeled I just need a receipt then here she goes. What’s do you have inside? Are you planning on stealing it if it’s something expensive? The package is going from Florida to Georgia. Why do you need to know what’s inside? I’ve used every courier service there is and she’s the only person that’s ever asked what’s inside? I understand with international shipping the customs forms and all that but these are all domestic. If I’m correct and she’s not supposed to be asking what’s inside someone needs to talk to her. Drove all the way over here, 30 minutes, to find out it's closed. It didn't say on their web info. Really irritating that you close in middle of day! Waste of an hour and gas!

Two female employees were busy processing what looked like a bulk shipment of bunch of individual mail maybe it was from a collection box. I was the only customer in the store and they barely acknowledged I was there. They didn't ask what I needed. One female working on the floor behind the counter looked up complaining to me that the customer who brought in the package she was packing failed to fully disassemble the item. "so I guess I have to do it" she said sarcastically. I waited over 5 min before she asked what I needed and I told her I was just dropping off a return. She sighed and made strenuous grunting noises as she got up from the ground as if complaining to me that she had to get up. I placed the envelope on the scale and she asked me to pick it up because she had to log in. That took more minutes as the two employees talked about the bulk package scanning that had to be completed and she seemed unable to talk and login at the same time. After scanning and printing the shipping return label she handed me the bottom second page of the label which only had a tracking number. I told he I needed the return receipt to which she replied the tracking number is the receipt. I complained that the "receipt" she gave me doesn't look like the type of FedEx receipt I normally get. I told her this doesn't even have the date or time on it. She told me I don't need some thing with the date and time in it if I have the tracking number. I explained to her that this is a return item and I want to have some thing to prove when I turned it in for shipping. After making faces and gestures that indicated I was exasperating her. She finally printed me the normal FedEx receipt. Very disappointed with the service I received at this location. Maybe it was a one off and a frustrating day for them but I guess I got to take the brunt of it.
