This FedEx was inside of Walgreens, not the actual store,so I was not able to purchase any packaging products. The cashier was nice enough to help me giving me some tape and a padded envelope. Thank you sir!

Two female employees were busy processing what looked like a bulk shipment of bunch of individual mail maybe it was from a collection box. I was the only customer in the store and they barely acknowledged I was there. They didn't ask what I needed. One female working on the floor behind the counter looked up complaining to me that the customer who brought in the package she was packing failed to fully disassemble the item. "so I guess I have to do it" she said sarcastically. I waited over 5 min before she asked what I needed and I told her I was just dropping off a return. She sighed and made strenuous grunting noises as she got up from the ground as if complaining to me that she had to get up. I placed the envelope on the scale and she asked me to pick it up because she had to log in. That took more minutes as the two employees talked about the bulk package scanning that had to be completed and she seemed unable to talk and login at the same time. After scanning and printing the shipping return label she handed me the bottom second page of the label which only had a tracking number. I told he I needed the return receipt to which she replied the tracking number is the receipt. I complained that the "receipt" she gave me doesn't look like the type of FedEx receipt I normally get. I told her this doesn't even have the date or time on it. She told me I don't need some thing with the date and time in it if I have the tracking number. I explained to her that this is a return item and I want to have some thing to prove when I turned it in for shipping. After making faces and gestures that indicated I was exasperating her. She finally printed me the normal FedEx receipt. Very disappointed with the service I received at this location. Maybe it was a one off and a frustrating day for them but I guess I got to take the brunt of it.

Came in to ship some stuff via FedEx and the staff (Kelley and Craig) were so kind and helpful. I’m new to the area and didn’t understand the process for the QR scan for a FedEx label as I don’t have a printer at home to print my own just yet. So thankful for their help and patience with me!
