While I enjoy the online banking with fifth third, I didn’t find the representatives helpful at this branch when it came to ordering euros. They said if I ordered more than a certain amount, that it could all arrive at different days. They also said they didn’t know how many euros the place they were ordering from had on hand. They lacked knowledge and confidence with the whole process. I’m not blaming the reps themselves. They just need more training in this area. They couldn’t even call the place they were ordering euros from.

Manager asked what we needed ( straight cash deposit) then told us to wait in line 10 minutes so he could stand there and talk to the one teller. Was not training but just small talk. Have had numerous anti customer service moments with this manager. Acts entitled and not customer service oriented.

I have always been met with cheerful smiles! Every person who has helped me has made me feel comfortable and “at home”! I’ve done business with a lot of different banks, and this one is at the top! I had some situations that required their help, and they went above and beyond my expectations!

Never been to branch but in general this is the worst, thats being kind. No one ever answers the phone. Guess they don't want their money I owe them. I have waited up to an hour on hold before I hung up only to try again with no avail. Horrible company
