I went to Firestone on blanding today early on a Sunday cause I had a flat tire. I just want to say Thank You so much for your EXCELLENT customer service. I’ve been having this Firestone take care of my car since 2016 and have never been disappointed! I’ll be bringing my car in soon for the other recommended maintenance that they said needs to be done. Great job guys!!!
Went to Firestone again yesterday 7/19/2025 and my Jeep is running so smoothly. She has pep in her step and I’m so thrilled since she has 104,000 miles on her! I love these guys cause they’re friendly and the service is awesome! Thanks again guys keep up the great work!

The big old boy who claims to be manager tells me that this a brand new oil filter and they put these on all their cars. He said yes they put old rusty filters on their vehicles and its because they sat on the shelf for so long. EXTREMELY LAZY STAFF! They all came out of the shop to look and agreed with the big man so they wouldnt get fired. Don't give these people your money. They will cry like babies if you call them out on their poor workmanship

The worst place! I took my car here to get it checked because the check engine light was on. They charged me a fortune for nothing they fixed. In fact, my car is now worse than when I brought it in. I don't recommend it at all.

Staff treats women with respect. Says a lot about car places. They treat all their customers the same, respectful and honest. I didn’t qualify for the credit card but it got me a free tire with a check so I could afford an alignment. Hands down best location in Jax area. Been to a few.

Guess what was in the wheel well of my car?
I heard meowing and thought I was imagining things.
Then my daughter heard it when I picked her up at her bus stop; so I brought my husband out to help us look, but we couldn't find it and he was getting ready to leave for work.
The Firestone Auto Shop at the end of the road was still open for about an hour, so I carefully drove there with my daughter.
These gentlemen immediately helped retrieve a newborn kitten that was somehow trapped somewhere between the wheel well and the undercarriage.
We named it Carolla.

My first time at this location and they were very helpful. I 4 new tires installed with a great deal. It was done in efficient timing which I really appreciated it do I could get on with my day smoothly.

They said I would receive an emailed receipt, I never did. Overall the work was completed fast and the car drives great! I appreciate the back up light being replaced.

Set an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and was in and out within 45 minutes.
