Kevin and his crew do wonderful work. Wife (who’s pregnant) ran over a curb and broke her ac line. They were able to get her in immediately, part ordered, delivered and installed all within 2 hours. Absolutley wonderful service.

I’ve had to update my review… this place has changed and or I just got ripped off. I had came in for a simple oil change… they talked me into getting an alignment… which was fine. However they DO NOT know anything about stabilitrak, they are NOT knowledgeable on this. They DID NOT check it. Now I have brake problems. Not saying they 100% are the reason for brakes, I’m Just saying. I called about two weeks after the appt. To tell them about if they checked the stabilitrak and got a super rude “come to the store so we can see it cause idk what you’re talking about” I’ve been coming here since 2020 , 2 different vehicles. I’m sooo disappointed in the last appt. I am in search of a new mechanic because I cannot trust them to touch my vehicles again. Unless I get an email apology or something to help this problem with my Cadillac 2008 stabilitrak I will not take my review down until I hear from firestone. Even the guy who signed the papers that did the alignment looked worried for some reason, now I think I know why he didn’t wanna sign those papers, because he probably didn’t know what he was doing!!!! There’s great people in there and then there’s others who are just there cause they need a job. Would NOT RECOMMEND GETTING ALIGNMENTS HERE

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Firestone of Orange Park and couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and dedication. Despite my tight work schedule, the team went above and beyond to accommodate me. During the service, a couple of unexpected issues arose, but the manager, Kevin, was instrumental in resolving them quickly and transparently. His proactive communication and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out.
Additionally, I have to commend Joe, the service technician, whose expertise and attention to detail were exceptional. It’s clear he’s a top-tier mechanic who takes pride in his work. The team’s efforts ensured my vehicle was back in perfect condition, and they made the entire process seamless despite my limited availability. I highly recommend Firestone of Orange Park for their outstanding service and customer care. Thank you, Kevin and Joe, for an exceptional experience!

This store and corporate either need to update their website and Google listing to reflect the correct store hours, or they need to adhere to the website and Google posted hours. It's very confusing when you look at the website and Google to see that they close at 7pm when they really close at 6pm.

On Saturday July 6th, 2024 I made an appointment at 1:00 to bring my vehicle in for an oil change and rotate tires. I dropped it off early around 10:30 am. I was told they closed at 6:00. I returned at 5:45 to pick up my vehicle. upon arrival the young lady seemed irritated I was there when she asked if anyone called me to tell me my vehicle was ready. I said no, but you close in 15 minutes. She informed me nobody has even looked at the vehicle yet. I asked what the problem was and the older gentleman piped in and said his guys are working very hard out there today. Ok I don't doubt that but you have my vehicle all day. I asked for my keys and I left. A bit of advice for your management staff, an apology goes a long way. Nobody once apologized. I have been giving Firestone my business for many years. you just lost a customer for life. Very disappointed with the lack of time management from your staff and not knowing how to handle the situation.

If I could give no stars I scheduled an appointment to get 2 new tires mounted and balance . I purchased the new tires online because I got a good deal on them .so when I go to get the work done I was told by an older male that they don’t mount and balance customer supplied tires . Which I figured was weird considering I got it done at another Firestone location and was told they just need to be brand new with the stickers on them which is what these new tires have. so I called the other Firestone closer to the orange park mall and I asked the man over there if they mounted and balanced customer supplied tires and he said yes they just need to be new with the sticker and I asked him if all firestones do this and he said yes so 0 stars because we were lied to
