Rip off. The staff are nice but the Vet I guess she's a doctor. I don't know for sure. They are expensive. Blood work $225. She, the vet told me nothing, she doesn't return calls. All they want is your money.

My little Arlo has been having issues eating and holding down his food. Prior to his dental work he's been moping around not really wanting to do anything. We literally tried everything...Fast forward, Dr. Maillet performed a comprehensive examination on Arlo and suggested he get some dental work done due to mild gingivitis. I tell you; my baby Arlo has been eating, running around, and you can see a major change in his behavior. What's so unbelievable is that he hasn't thrown up any of his food after eating. I'm thinking maybe he had some sort of bacteria in his mouth from the gingivitis. I don't know, but I feel I have a new cat. . I thank the entire staff at VCA for taking care of my baby.

We brought 2 of our dogs today. My14 yr old husky and 5 yr old mutt who has some major emotional baggage The husky was getting blood work so they took her in the back. When the vet came in she wasn't back yet. My mutt growled and instead of muzzling her and getting her skin check done like alot of places would have they gave her treats and waited until she was comfortable. The muzzle would have been quicker and I'm sure more convenient for them but it helped her so much.

They’re nice people, but it’s corporate.

The clinic has always been super helpful, and the staff has been polite! Living in one of the nearby neighborhoods, it's great to have a reliable clinic nearby for my cats.

I had to have my dog put down and they were so caring and sympathetic at VCA Fleming. I thank them with all my heart for being so caring during that tough time. They also sent me a condolences card and the whole staff signed it. They're awesome there.

I brought my rabbit here in 2020. I had no issues then. Now, I call with a sick rabbit on a Friday and I'm told that I have to come in within 30 minutes (they were about to close) because their small animal vet would not be in the entire next week. This wasn't possible for me, so I made an appointment with another vet office in the meantime. Fast forward a week and a half, my rabbit is doing well but starts having sneezing fits at 2am. The vet I took him to for the issue is closed on Mondays, so I called VCA at 8am sharp. They let me know they would call the other hospital (which I let know was closed, thus why I'm calling VCA) and have his medical notes transferred over, took all of my info, and stated the vet would call me back. I waited until 12:30, no call. When I called to check in, they said that they wouldn't have been able to contact the vet because they're closed, and they cannot give me any information since I haven't been there since 2020. They wasted my time and put my rabbit in danger by giving me the wrong information and making me wait. I will not return.

Great staff, clean office. Dr Maillet was very informative and attentive. He answered all my questions and concerns, and even went the extra mile to follow up with me about Zeus’s status a couple days after our visit. Highly recommend their office!

Lancelot was in good hands. Thank you for being so helpful and taking great care of our fur baby. He is now taking a restful nap in his hammock.

My cat is not a people cat. I’ve never been able to clip her nails and they are able to do it without stressing her out! They have always taken good care of her and are kind and professional.

Wonderful Place to take you pet. We have taken all our pets to them over the past 20+ years. They have taken great care of them and seen us through some tough times when pets were very sick. I also board my doxies there - Kathy is wonderful.

5 star review! Our dachshund woke up clearly not her happy self. I immediately called our vet and they couldn’t even work her in! I had heard good things about VCA so I called them. Although they were booked for the day… they worked her in. They were kind, caring and treated her like she had been there for years! I also liked how they didn’t try to do a lot of unnecessary tests and scans. Dachshunds can be expensive and I was impressed with their treatment plan of starting with the basics before going to the extreme! Molly is feeling much better and we have found our new vet!

Over the years, Dr. Lowry (with a help from the very kind Dr. Knight, Cindy, and Nicole) took care of our sweet guinea pigs and beloved bunnies. She performed routine blood work, exams, bladder flushes, and dentals. I would recommend her for care of piggies and bunnies as she matches knowledge with a caring heart with a focus on what's best for them.We always felt that Ted, Biggie, Jellee, and Moo were always in good hands when those hands were hers and we think that you'll feel the same way too.

We have taken all our pets here for years, from their first shots to end of life. They care about every pet and customer, and it shows. I can't speak highly enough of the staff here. If you live in the area, you shouldn't go anywhere else.
