It is a friendly, safe, and welcoming area with a perfect combination of natural beauty and excellent facilities. The community is surrounded by natural beauty, including rivers, parks, and Doctor’s Lake, which is perfect for fishing, boating, and other water activities. There is also a wide sidewalk of approximately 7 miles ideal for walking, jogging, and cycling. The area's infrastructure is excellent, with recently resurfaced main roads. The shopping complex at Fleming Island is well-designed and offers one-stop shopping. It is a lovely center with a variety of nice places to shop and eat. The complex includes a Publix and a Target, covering a majority of home needs, along with a wide selection of restaurants and personal care services, including Chick-fil-A and Zaxby's. There is also one of the best smoke shops. The parking lot has plenty of parking, clear traffic signs, and four-way stops to keep visitors safe. The Publix at this location is exceptionally clean, well-organized, friendly, and helpful. The store is very well kept and very well stocked. The staff goes above and beyond, and the quality of the produce, bakery, and deli items is top-notch. They often have great deals and show excellent attention to customer service, making shopping a pleasure and a great experience.
