I went into the orange park mall kids foot locker this evening. I encountered the most positive , helpful and tenacious employee Tia the store manager. Her kindness and positivity to do everything in her power to help me locate shoes even though her store didn't have the size I needed was amazing. I couldn't have asked to be treated any better . And just in general an all around good human ! Thank you Tia Missy Mikell

Tia who is the store manager was so sweet with helpping me get my purchase in the store from online.i didnt know what i was doing and she step right in to help,it was very busy at the time,but she was able to get to me right away with helping me.she was awesome with an humble personality.Thanks again tia for your help you rock!

I have been going to footlockers all over the world literally since as long as I can remember and the service is usually ok but this particular time at this one in Jacksonville was literally the best customer service I have ever received. I think her name is Amaya or something like that she was amazing and I actually HAD FUN at footlocker while I was shopping I left in the best mood after spending almost 300 dollars lol y'all need to give that girl a raise

Zariya gave extremely personable customer service. She treated me with respect, had great recommendations and offered different options when they didn’t have what I wanted available. I didn’t even know I could get orders shipped into store 10/10 today.

I have gone to this store twice to return a pair of shoes. One in the morning and again in the afternoon how is it that store doesn't have cash to do returns? If Footlocker can't handle cash purchases they need to let the customer know ahead of time to avoid situations like this. Won't waste my time or my money with Footlocker again.

Getting shoes and instead of online is the way to do it. Especially Kids Foot Locker newest Jordans, Nike's, Adidas, etc. Even waiting for shoes to come out before them getting sold out in store and online is another great way to get things here.
