For the first time I enter this store and one of the workers was fully unprofessional. Walked up to my son and said the merchandise on the wall you cannot try on and only the shoes in the back are try on. Which its fine but there’s ways to say it better then the way she said it. Her body language, she showed was like my son was gonna steal the pairs of shoes. Then they go to the back and find that pair to find out that the shoe my son was gonna try out was the same fking shoes that they took from him. They personnel there looks like they don’t care about their job and don’t wanna be there. If you don’t like your job find a new one and have a better interaction with customers.

I visited this location to pick up a particular hoodie for my husband and there was a couple ahead of me. One of the store associates was on the phone speaking to someone at a different store location to inquire if they had the 3 pair of shoes the couple wanted in different sizes. I am standing there with the hoodie waiting to be helped while another associate is standing there at the second register assembling boxes, she sees me standing there and does not acknowledge my presence and did not attempt to offer any assistance. It was obvious that the guy helping the couple was going to be on that call for awhile. After standing there for awhile being ignored I placed the item back on the rack and left because obviously her assembling boxes was more important than providing basic customer service.

They didn’t want to do my refund said they had no money in drawer 1 hour later gave me money out the same drawer store not even clean enough to hold new shoes and quality of shoes is low buy somewhere else and compare I promise I think they are selling fake knock off brands

Horrible experience currently writing this as we're leaving, Took my 8 year old daughter here to get shoes for school she stated she knew she had them in her size she left us waiting awhile then we watched her take the shoes in her size to the counter to sell them to someone else, then came back to us saying, "Oh we don't have them in her size." My child was so upset she could have just been honest! Won't be returning!

I will never step foot in this store again. Granddaughter wanted to try on a pair of shoes that employee had to get from the back. He gave us one shoe and walked off with the box. I had to find him to get other shoe for her to try on. What's up with that?
Employee took them to register. When I went to pay for them cashier had trouble locating them and was rather rude. Your employees don't want to work.

Ebonee is hands down the best! She was super helpful with sizing with my three little ones and was so patient. She made everything super easy for us and was super knowledgeable. Foot locker, y’all appreciate what you have cause she’s a keeper! Thanks Ebonee!

This store is terrible. The girl with the long braids and arm brace is super rude. She should find a different job where she doesnt deal with customers. I usually have a bad experience at this specific store. The people who work there act like they dont want to be there. The job market is hot. If you dont want to do this work, find another job.
