Always get gas from here, yesterday my car won't start and turns out it was bad gas. I had gotten the gas from Gate. I would not recommend coming here.

This Gate is an older smaller location. I have never had any issues or complaints here. All items were in stock and pulled to the front of the shelves. Soda fountain area was clean and organised.
There was some heavy vehicle traffic outside as the main road is under consctruction and I believe many people were cutting through the gas pump area trying to figure it out. This is not Gates fault.

The place is clean the icee are delicious the staff is very friendly especially cashier brian he is a gentleman

Old man opened my doughnut bag to see what it was then after I said I didn't want it because he had his face in my bag and fingers I went to my car and watched him take same doughnut I touched and that he did and put it back in the doughnut holder??? would suggest not eating anything not prepackaged here

Pos machine at the pump doesn’t work . I had to go into the store in order to get the gas. Unfortunately, the lady at the register was extremely rude. She did not even pay attention to the amount I asked for the gas . I had to repeat 5 times .I don’t mind repeating at all however her rude behavior is not nice .

Was there earlier this morning and saw a cashier outside smoking, went back inside and touched then inside of the trash can then went behind the counter without washing her hands. Also the staff here is terrible negative attitudes all around the store. Not a single smile

This is the only gate I've been to in Jacksonville that I bought $29 in gas and they put a hold on $148. I will never get gas at this place again

I am so tired of workers here that have horrible attitudes and put them on everyone else. Bearded man with glasses at the cash register looked visibly irritated that he had to work and passed that anger onto me by giving me sass. I was already angry that my card got declined several times for some reason, but his attitude didn't help. If you hate your job so much, quit and find somewhere else to work. It's that simple. Yet people can't seem to grasp this concept nowadays.
