Sarah called to follow up on an old quote I had when shopping for a new motorcycle. I went with another provider originally because the price was slightly better but she explained that GEICO had a new program and she reran my quote and I was shocked. She saved me close to $400 a month with better coverage’s. If you need motorcycle insurance definitely give her a call

I had the best experience with an insurance company EVER!! I spoke to a young lady named Kenna. She explained it all so well, that even I understood! She was very pleasant and sweet. She really knew her stuff. She anticipated my questions even before I could ask them. Very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this agency and Kenna.

I cannot give enough thanks and appreciation to Sophy!! I was with Progressive paying over $500 a month due to a bad year I got 3 tickets, and every year I called to switch over but could not yet due to driving record, but every year Sophy was kind and patient to check for me. I was blessed 6 months ago to finally be able to switch to Geico, and went to paying $500 BUT for more coverage than Progressive gave me AND with renters insurance as well! AND the best part I did not know about, when I had to renew with Progressive every 6 months I was required to pay double my monthly premium because thats how they operate-to my pleasant and grateful surprise Geico DOES NOT CHARGE ME TO RENEW MY POLICY!!!! AND this time when my policy renewed some tickets fell off my record and my payment went down over $200~~~thank you Sophy and Geico I needed this so badly I appreciate you all so so much

Finally Geico upgraded to hire real people for customer service, Sophie Martinez really helped me to get the correct insurance for my car so I decided to add my other vehicles too. I am a believer now. If she goes, I promise I will move to state farm.

I got a call several months ago from Sophy. She gave me a quote at that time, but because of an accident. on the record, it was high. She told me to call back after June. 2024 on that accident would no longer be on there. I called her back today and got. a quote for two cars and renters insurance. and the total was $100 less than what I have been paying for just the two cars from another company. So if he took care of me and I really, really appreciate that.
