Great store. Clean and good variety of items to choose from. I think that it's a little pricey, dresses are $9.99. Too much‼️Overall store is a 7 (1-10).

First time going to this goodwill. And it’s been the worse so far. We were on the line to check out and as we got called to check out. Cashier Braden was checking us out. We asked how are you? He said oh I’m the only one checking people out. We said oh I’m so sorry. He started questioning us as to why we were sorry arguing back and forth with us being so nasty and rude with us. He continued the whole time we were checking out questioning why we said sorry and I mean it was just something nice we said because I know how it is working alone and not having any help.. We work in RETAIL ourselves and you DONOT ARGUE WITH A CUSTOMER DESPITE THE SITUATION let alone being a rude ass. You don’t have the right to be so nasty .He then gave us the change but not on hand like you are suppose to, he threw it on the counter top. We told him that is not how you treat a customer. Racism still exists. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS GOODWILL. Hire better people. REMEMBER CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!! Coming from someone with over 30 year in customer service

Employee very rude to me in parking lot while I was moving stuff from the back of my vehicle to the front to make room for a piece of furniture I bought. Once he found out I wasn't donating any of it he became very rude and told me I couldn't make room in my vehicle. Won't be back to shop or donate.
Another employee admitted the guy in the parking lot worked there but wouldn't say the name of the employee. Even the woman in charge admitted he probably just wasn't saying his name to protect said individual.

if I wanted to pay $.99 for a paper back book, I would go to the library. There is NO reason to change the prices of paper back books to $.99 each and hard cover to $1.99 each. The only explanation I can see to do this is because they want to create an abundance of books all over, which seems to be working. The goodwill in argyle has much nicer books at 10 for $3, which used to be the norm for goodwill.
On top of the books being insanely priced, all women’s shirts are $6.50. I understand our economy is changing, inflation is going up but they are selling shein and walmart brand clothes for $6.50. You can go to the websites of the actual brands and it will be cheaper than what GOODWILL is selling it for.
Shoes are crazy too, men’s beat up vans for $30… AT GOODWILL. The next time I come id love to take more pictures of the insanity happening in this store.

We love Goodwill, we shop there for school clothes for our kids, and just shop to have fun, I’ve found lots of things there that would have 2-4 times more in a regular store…. We donate there all the time…. I have no issues …

The cashier has a terrible attitude and is too old to be working there. He is so slow but won’t let I help and then snaps at you, I swear it takes ten minutes to check out three items and for him to bag it and that’s not including the time you have to wait in line. The place itself is dirty, messy, and crowded for much as they started charging they should do better.

Goodwill is no longer about the “good will” of the people.
They run their enterprise on donations that are
No longer at a set price!
Just tried on a pair of Vans that fit me perfect until I looked at the price $25
These are used shoes that were donated to help out the less fortunate, not to line their greedy pockets!
Shoes used to be an affordable $7 across the board.
I’d understand inflation as an excuse if they actually purchased their goods, but they don’t
I also understand that resellers drive the prices up, but at the end of the day it’s greed doing this.
Karen rant over

I arrived to make a donation. The employee brought out a filled basket and I asked him to bring out an empty one due to the large amount that I had. He gave me a severe attitude, brought out an empty one and didn’t even bother to help me. After I was done, he didn’t even thank me.

Just had the worse experience at Goodwill, 1300 Blanding Blvd Orange Park Fl 32065. Yesterday I bought a luggage set (small luggage 29.99 and matching tote 14.99) Did not notice till i was home and cleaning up luggage that the seam was coming apart at the corner of luggage. I immediately call store, spoke with assistance mgr. Marisol, she told me i would have to bring back and get refund, i told her i liked the luggage if it could repurchased with color of the week discount, she said to bring back and we'll get it straighten out. brought back today, Marisol was at lunch and Chastity helped me. Long story short, all i wanted to do was get a refund and repurchase at 40% off since something was wrong with mdse. I told her all the goodwill's I've been to and something was wrong with item, they automatically give color of day discount. She said all stores are different and only thing she could do was 19.99. This is the kicker, the 40% off is 17.99, a different of ONLY 2.00 !!!!!!! I said you would rather have a dissatisfied customer over 2.00 !!!!!! SAD !!!! I've literally spent hundreds of dollars in that store!!!!!!! So I left both items, and will spread my experience, not sure if i will ever go back. Goodwill's motto I thought was to satisfied the customer and help the community!!!! SAD, SAD!!!!!!!!!
