“The personal training services are great for beginners looking to get acclimated to the gym. I’m sure they would be great for experienced people as well but I can only speak for myself. I feel my goals are taken seriously while being educated about proper nourishment. Ive never experienced such a well rounded training team at such an affordable price. I’ve tried virtual trainers, ai trainers, and in-person trainers that did or didn’t offer nutrition planning or a workout plan for me to follow when I’m not with them. This is the first time I have EVERYTHING, and I’m truly impressed. I’m thanking Chris for getting me started and Mia for keeping me going! ??”

“Started coming to this Gym after leaving Chuze fitness. Huge improvement gym is much quieter and has a nicer sauna and the locker rooms are much better. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who is willing to make the drive down blanding.”
