Very, very bad service. The lady thinks she is very important. She yelled at me because I complained that she kept me waiting for hours even though I had an appointment. If I arrive late I lose it, but if I arrive early it is too long to wait. She does nothing to ensure that the customer leaves satisfied and brings another customer. She takes the liberty of ending the call whenever she wants. I never usually leave reviews but this time I consider it fair.

Cleanliness: Always clean and friendly! Staff is awesome.
Stylist: Kevin and Cindy are amazing. Very patient and kind. Everyone speaks English as well. I can't say enough wonderful things about them.

First time trying to get my nails done since the pandemic and I heard great things about this place. Highly disappointed that I walked in and they said “oh to busy can you come tomorrow.” I would have been more than glad to wait my turn. They are open till 7 and it’s only 4 O’Clock. Do not recommend that’s not how you run a business. Very very disappointing.

Got a gift certificate again- last time I was a walk in with no problem. This time girl on phone tells me “ I HAVE TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, BUT THERE IS NEVER AN APPOINTMENT FOR THAT DAY!”I drove by and sat and watched- they were NOT busy at all. ?I am not happy with this.Now I have a gift certificate that apparently I can’t use due to all these invisible clients booking up all the slots.

My mom and I came here for mani/pedis. The place was clean, the nail techs were nice, and they did a very good job with our nails. Definitely will be returning. Highly recommend!

I've finally found a great place to get my nails done.
It seems as though every place on Fleming Island does great your first visit, and then everything goes downhill from there.
Happy nails have been consistent and wonderful.
