First time trying to get my nails done since the pandemic and I heard great things about this place. Highly disappointed that I walked in and they said “oh to busy can you come tomorrow.” I would have been more than glad to wait my turn. They are open till 7 and it’s only 4 O’Clock. Do not recommend that’s not how you run a business. Very very disappointing.

Got a gift certificate again- last time I was a walk in with no problem. This time girl on phone tells me “ I HAVE TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, BUT THERE IS NEVER AN APPOINTMENT FOR THAT DAY!”I drove by and sat and watched- they were NOT busy at all. ?I am not happy with this.Now I have a gift certificate that apparently I can’t use due to all these invisible clients booking up all the slots.

My mom and I came here for mani/pedis. The place was clean, the nail techs were nice, and they did a very good job with our nails. Definitely will be returning. Highly recommend!

Best nail salon in Jax, in my opinion! Highly recommended to schedule an appointment, especially for a high traffic day like Friday or Saturday. it’s so peaceful and quiet inside, super clean and they just got new massage chairs. every one of the nail techs does a great job and makes sure you like your color and shape. I’ve been coming here for over a year now and will continue

I am completely disappointed! I went in for the first time since I had a baby 11 months ago to get my nails and my toes done. And I have never been so disappointed. My pedicure was amazing. I will say that but the guy in there, Kevin who did my dip did a horrible job. I have never asked for a set of nails to be removed and I asked him to remove them. Then when I went to go pay for my toes because that girl did an amazing job. They charged me for the nails as well. And to take them off. I am mind blown and will never go back there again. I had a basic manicure and pedicure @ $125.Service: Pedicure

I've finally found a great place to get my nails done.It seems as though every place on Fleming Island does great your first visit, and then everything goes downhill from there.Happy nails have been consistent and wonderful.

I had my prom and graduation nails done here. 10/10 recommend. They’re so kind and nice. I just took my great grandmother here because she’s visiting from Australia and she absolutely loved her mani and pedi! They do a wonderful job here. After going here 12 years this place is family at this point lol Kevin has went above and beyond and they all have the same values and follow his lead I've really been so thankful for them,I've even been in the hospital for surgery and kevin was willing to come and do my fill-in at the hospital and when i got out made sure i was comfortable and accommodate me the whole way and so patient with me...if anyone has a bad experience here trust me it's YOUR fault and you should be ashamed of your upbringing and question your values as a human being...I love all you guys and thank you for all that you do ? ? that's it that's the post Services: Acrylic nails

I am always looking at different places to get my nails done and Happy Nail exceeded my expectations. Cindy was very nice and helped me out. I showed her a inspiration picture and it turned out like I wanted. Make sure to make appointments because they are booked!

I got the worst dip powder manicure here. I called to specifically ask if they did nail art. They said yes but couldn't paint a single heart on one of my fingers. What's worse is that I wanted a french tip painted on the top and instead they put two separate dip colors/processes for the tip and the nail which left a crazy deep impression on all my nails that's still healing months later. The whole set fell off within a week so it was all for nothing anyway. I attached a photo i took today, december 14 of the damage to my nails that's still healing from mid-october when i visited.Service: Gel manicures
