Dreadful service form the Orange Park Store! I initially contacted Yvonne to inquire about trading in an engagement set I had bought from the same store two years ago, which had never been worn by its intended recipient. Yvonne informed me about the trade-in program, and we agreed on a specific time for me to visit the store. I had already selected the ring I wanted from the Helzberg website, expecting a quick and straightforward transaction. However, my experience turned out to be far from that.Yvonne repeatedly attempted to persuade me to make an in-store purchase, disregarding my clear preference for the online selection. Despite clearly communicating my choices, she persistently discouraged me by stating that my desired ring would be significantly more expensive or would take an extended period to acquire, without making any effort to investigate further.Even after detailing my exact preferences, Yvonne quoted a price that was $1,400 higher than the one displayed on the website. When I showed her the online price on my phone, she appeared surprised by the substantial difference and made no effort to rectify or explain the discrepancy. I explained my intention to order the ring online, but due to the trade-in requirement, I needed to visit the store. Yvonne offered no assistance, returned my ring, and dismissed me.Frustrated, I called another Helzberg location at the Avenues Mall and spoke to Jeshua, explaining my situation. Jeshua comprehended my needs and invited me to visit him. Upon arriving at the location, he promptly attended to my requirements. Recalling my previous positive experience with him, I appreciated his consistent helpfulness. Thanks to Jeshua, I not only completed the intended purchase but also bought an additional piece of jewelry.The transaction was meant to be straightforward, with the ring already chosen online, the trade-in item in hand, and my Helzberg credit line pre-approved. Yvonne, unfortunately, failed in her simple task. Fortunately, Jeshua stepped in and turned the situation around, for which I am immensely grateful.Even after I explained exactly what I wanted, the price she came back to me was $1,400 more than what the site showed the ring set. I showed her the site from my phone and she seemed blown away that there was such a price difference and made zero effort to figure out why their own site had such a huge discrepancy. I explained that I would have just ordered the ring online but unfortunately I couldn't trade the other ring without going to the store, again she made no effort to help, gave my ring back and sent me off.Frustrated, I went back to my car and called another Helzberg location at the Avenues Mall and spoke to Jeshua and explained what I was trying to do. Jeshua understood exactly what I wanted and invited me to come and see him. As soon a I reached the location he was there and immediately took care of my needs. Seeing him again I remembered that last time my girlfriend and I came into that store and how helpful he was. He was exactly just as helpful this time around and I even purchased an additional piece of jewelry besides the ring set.This was a simple purchase, ring already picked out exactly from the site, trade in on hand, and Helzberg credit line already approved and ready. Yvonne had one simple task and fail miserably. Thankfully Jeshua really turned things around and I greatly appreciate it.

I had issues with my ring getting repaired at the location. I was really upset with my first experience there and was completely done with the place until my fiancé and I interacted with Cheryl. My first interaction with her she 10000% listened and acknowledged our concerns and made it her priority to fix the issue. She explained everything in detail step by step and answered all our questions. I had a really bad first experience there and then interacting with her completely changed my look on it. My fiancé and I both walked out of there with such relief after talking to her- it really made this process turn around.As a company you should really be proud of your employee Cheryl. She modeled and acted exactly how you would want your employees to act when dealing with customer issues. Thank you Cheryl for helping us out!

Helzberg use to be a great jewelry store, not so much anymore. I was in just this past week to get my engagement ring and wedding band cleaned to uphold my warranty (they have to be serviced every 6 months). First off, they dont want to assist you in anyway unless you look “wealthy” enough to be in there. I guess my t-shirt and jeans vibe doesn’t fit their aesthetic. I politely asked to get my rings cleaned and they use to use an ultrasonic cleaner which took a few minutes but I was more than happy to wait for..however this last time, the lady who “helped” me just grabbed my rings took them in back for less than 10 seconds and wiped it off with a cloth. The rings use to come back to me looking brand new..she literally couldn’t be bothered to even wipe them off good. Same employee on a prior visit didn’t even say anything when I walked in. She was associating with her son and his significant other, because she was pulling out baby clothes, showing the couple what she bought for her soon to be grandchild. I walked around for a little bit trying to give her time to wrap up her personal conversation. She never once said ANYTHING, just kept on with her personal matters while at work. Realllllly unprofessional in my opinion. I would have asked someone else for assistance, but she was the only one there, at least out front that I saw. The jewelry is beautiful, but the customer service is below par. If my husband hadn’t bought my engagement and wedding set here, I absolutely wouldn’t return. Do better for your customers.

Such an unexpected and wonderful experience!!! The store Manager Cheryl Walker went above and beyond to make this visit an exceptional blessing for me!!! My jewelry was repaired on site and I was treated with incredible kindness and grace!! Thank you so much!!!!

I choose Helzberg Diamonds as my jeweler based on my experience with them. Their diamonds and gemstones are of the highest quality and I have experienced great customer service and attention to detail whenever I visit their locations. My wife proudly wears the engagement and wedding bands that I gave her from Helzberg. My wife has her jewelry inspected, cleaned and certified each year as part of her warranty.

I have had my ring for a number of years. I have always gone to the Orange Park Helzberg for its inspection. Recently I went in and wanted to had the Rhodium replaced. This takes two weeks. In passing I told the associate I was going out of town. The next day I received a call that my ring was ready for pick up. The customer service at this location is amazing. They definitely have gone above and beyond.

We purchased my engagement ring at the Orange Park location almost two years ago, and the sales associates were amazing then and are still amazing now. They remembered us even after two years, were so incredibly helpful, and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

What an amazing experience! I was only in town for a couple days and I went in for a routine cleaning and found out I had 4 loose diamonds and being that we didn’t have a lot of time they offered outstanding customer service and fixed it in 1 day. Go see Jasmin Ventura-Moore at Orange Park Mall and she will definitely take care of you. Love them!

walked in and was greeted within seconds. quickly escorted to the proper counter for an online order pickup. Jasmin was super nice, knowledgeable, and professional. she showed me the ring, it was beautiful. she really made the process extremely smooth. i bought the engagement and wedding bands here. and this is the 10 year ring. glad to continue to do business here
