this place is wonderful, i just came in here to pick up a few necessities for my move and through out my short time here i was greeted by 3 separate people all asking how my day was. Just this kind of customer service is enough for me to leave 5 stars, way to go home depot

Went into the store Sunday before closing to purchase a chandelier and needed help looking for a specific lightbulbs I didn’t know how many options they have for lights .we asked Lisa for help and she went beyond just answering questions she tested the bulbs for us . Amazing customer service from Lisa ! Definitely will be coming back to shop at this location friendly staff and great service. We are very happy and she is amazing

My husband, daughter, and I went into the wells road location for estimates to upgrade our builder grade kitchen. Glenn was in the kitchen section we approached he and another employee were measuring a sink we were greeted by that employee and we told them that we are interested in renderings and estimates. From the start Glenn attitude towards us was nasty! He wasn’t interested in helping us he eventually just sat down at the computer and started typing up things. I said you’re not going to offer seating for my family and I nor are you going to even ask us what we are looking to do in our home. He started to take deep breaths as if he was trying to contain some type of anger.. just nasty then he slid the chair over all aggressively! That truly made me soooo upset because not this type of disrespect and I’m coming in here about to spend upwards to 20k or more to be treated like absolute trash! Went to the Oakleaf location and received the customer service we deserve! We are cardholders and long time customers of Home Depot but this one we will never return to. It’s better to head on over to oakleaf or southside!
I will say that James the manager was very apologetic, but having someone like Glenn on your team is diabolical. I wonder why he treated my family so disrespectfully?!
