CHARLENE YOU ARE AWESOME!! YOU DESERVE A RAISE!! YOU ARE A SHINING EXAMPLE OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE, AND HOME DEPOT IS LUCKY TO HAVE YOU!!
I loathe having to do a return to Home Depot on the weekends. Well I had a need to go to the return desk on a Saturday. As usual, there were about 10 people waiting to do a return.
However, Charlene was at the return desk and she continued to recognize we were waiting. She apologized for the wait we were having and continuously thanking us for our patience.

I always enjoy shopping this particular location. The staff of each Department are knowledgeable and friendly. When describing a problem or project, their solutions are always spot on, particularly in the Outdoor and Garden Center.

Looked up item online. It said 8 on hand. drove in to find 0 on hand. called store a worker who looked up the skew and told me the item description was wrong. It needed to be 11.37 inches and was only 2 inches.

A big box store is a big box store. I can't understand why you can't get any help.
I'm going to write a book of home depot employees excuses!!

Shopping here has really become a hassle. Don’t try to repair your sprinklers with their supplies. Almost all sprinkler contractors use 1/2” conduit yet most sprinkler heads are 3/4”. Yet HD does not have 1/2” to 3/4” elbows, “t’s”, or even the blue flex hoses. You have to spend an hour figuring out how to Frankenstein with about 2-3 diff pieces to repair anything. It fid not used to be this way. I guess corporate has taken over inventory and is cutting corners at the expense of the customers.

Customer service is nonexistent and they do not stand behind their Ryobi brand. Have difficulty with your supposed warranty? Good luck, Ryobi has no customer service on Sunday and the HD says it's not their problem. Also, heads up, your warranty starts from date of manufacture, not the date you bought it. I have $200 worth of product that is 2 weeks out of warranty by date of manufacture, that I purchased 4 months later (registered on Ryobi website) that is complete junk now. This store's idea of customer service is "Oh well. Call on Monday. I can't do anything except give you their phone number." Welp, I can't do anything but stop buying poorly made product here.

I always use this Home Depot. I just have a hard time looking at all the caged tools. I understand the reason, and it's probably going to get worse.
