Ordered 4 chairs from the Home Depot website and 1 came in damaged. We returned that chair for a refund. But, we were assured that more were on the way so we hung on to the three. We were informed by email shorty after the 30 day return policy expired that they weren't getting any more. So, we went to Home Depot to return the 3. Home Depot in Fleming Island, Florida promptly told us that they cannot accept them as a return even for store credit because it was past the 30 days. Ask them to contact a person at corporate but they said they can't. Then they told us that they can't do anything because chairs come from "Home Depot Warehouse" and that is a "completely different business". We bought the chairs straight off the HomeDepot.com website!If you purchase anything from HomeDepot.com and have a similar issue, I suggest returning everything promptly. Don't be deceived like we were. They told us more on the way until the return window closed. Then, notified they weren't getting more and won't take a return. So, we just put 3 chairs back into the Jeep to take back home. Three chairs are going to look bad at our four chair table! Stuck and really upset with their trickery!

I went to Home Depot to look for a new lawnmower blade. While the website said they had seven in stock, the store had none. Upon a closer inspection, about 70% of the lawnmower blades were in the wrong slot. I ordered a replacement from Amazon while standing in Home Depot.

No longer offers veteran discounts to the milllions of veterans who served qithout being retired. Home depot is dead to me. Hello Lowes and Ace Hardware who still respect our vets.

You really need to teach your employees proper store etiquette. I was recently in their and a male employee had on so much stinky cologne I felt like I couldn’t even breathe. It was so disgusting I wanted to throw up. I WILL NOT come back to this store so I don’t have to experience this again.

Holy effing crap whose idea was it to hire a bunch of young females to work at a Home Depot? Was it part of a diversity hiring program? Zero customer service skills (talking about school or going out in between registers) and zero knowledge of the product. How can one work at HD and not know what quarter round is?! Last time I came to this location it was a good mixture of folks but all I saw today were women under the age of 23 or so, all of whom gossiping and talking between registers and ignoring customers. Highly unprofessional. I'm going to keep going to Lowe's instead...I'm done with HD.

Normally I would go in for the items I need or order, BUT today I am picking up items that I can't pick up. Lol. Little ole me picking up heavy items for the office. So I'm trying this curbside pick up deal. I entered the required info upon my arrival and been waiting now 10 min. Hmmmm. Thinking of going in for items or at least to say, "hey I'm here" but then bam. 2 incredibly kind and courteous young men show up. They were very nice and respectful. Also apologized for the delay. Thank you Home Depot, the 2 young men deserve a A+. I picked up on 4/22 at 12:47. Wish I got their names.

I just purchased a gallon of paint the person neglected to dry the dot of paint she put on the lid. Got wet paint on my hand my wife got on her fingers without knowing then touch her handbag and got wet paint on it. Went to customer service to see store manager told us to fill out a incident report no compensation was offered just a attitude Be careful when you purchase paint here we learned our lesson. Never again. Goodbye Home Depot hello Lowe's Did mention attitude every one I dealt with had one. They can kiss my rear. Spend my money elsewhere

Walking around looking lost , no one took the time to help me. I had to physically search for an employee that finally offered help. Great store but customer service could be much better.

I am editing this review because I use Home Depot for my home needs, but we also have a business account. They are generally very helpful and courteous. Only three times over the many years have I have a lousy experience with an associate there. Lousy experience # 3: For personal use (not on my business account) , I ordered for curbside pick- up. Called the number. I was on hold for a while. When they answered, i saw a young girl, named Hannah, walking out with that pad on her hand. I said to her, "Are you curbside pick up?" She nodded yes as she approached me. So I said to the lady on the phone, "Oh never mind. I see her coming out now." Well, no mask, she came within 2 feet of me and said, " I have to help him first because he ya in the right parking space and you're not." M y car was in the handicap spot and the car she was talking about was about 20 feet away. I am standing by my car when I shot this p And she proceeded to help the guy. Then she joked around with the guy about it. Her fave was 6 inches from his. Neither one had a mask on. There were 811 new cases in Florida yesterday. When she walked past me again, she had a smirk on her face. I have a mask on. Both my husband and I are extremely high risk if death if we catch this virus. We have been here for 20 minutes. That guy got his stuff and left already. We are still waiting but Paula is helping us and has apologized for the delay many times. Thank you, Paula! We appreciate the excellent service you are giving us. As for Hannah, why do you allow her to disrespect some customers?

I didn't give them a 5 star because they make it way too easy for me to spend money. As an amateur handyman I always have little projects going and what starts as a quick stop for some screws or paint has a tendency to suddenly become an expensive trip with tools or parts for projects that I just thought of. Lord forbid my wife is with me, when that happens we suddenly need a new deck or have to remodel a room. $2.00 screws becomes $2000. Cabinets and tile..
